Staff are passionate to help. Good to have luggages storage service as we arrive earlier before the check in time. Really close to Hottingerplatz. Washroom is big. Pillows are too soft. Can provide pillows with different softness. There is a spider found on one bed which scared us a little bit.

Stayed here for two separate nights and all hotel staff I encountered are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the station, and it only takes two minutes to walk there, which is very convenient for us who are dragging luggage. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, fully equipped, and modern in design The only drawback is that the exhaust fan cannot be turned on or off. I really want to wait for it to turn off automatically, but it disturbs our sleep.
