Nice hotel - good location near to tram and buses. Really clean and the facilities like the swimming pool also reflected this. Staff were friendly at check in Breakfast- good selection of food

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Zurich City West! The hotel is modern and well-appointed, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety.

This hotel is connected to Ibis hotel, which is interesting as both are different level of hotel. It is alright for a night stay but pricey. Super convenient for the tech park visitors though. Amenities is quite basic and the ironing board is shared at level 3.

Staff were very nice. But the rooms smelled with body odors. The pillows and bed itself smelled bad. Shower ceiling had fugues and mold. Elevator can only fit 3 adults.
