I booked a king-size bed room at first. The air conditioner didn't cool down after four hours. The TV couldn't project the screen. I asked the front desk and was told that I had to change rooms. I went downstairs and was told that I had to pay extra for changing rooms. It was really strange. I was speechless. The TV in the room I changed to was small and couldn't connect to the Internet. The remote control didn't work at all. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. What made me even more angry was that the sound insulation was very, very poor. I was woken up by the sound of traffic at 4 a.m. and basically didn't sleep much afterwards. It was a very bad experience.
