why no swimming pool ...our children so sad about this.good breakfast.

The hotel offers a good breakfast spread with a decent variety to choose from. However, try to go early—if you arrive around 9:30am-10.00am, expect a crowd and a bit of chaos as everyone rushes for the last call.

Overall rating is low, based on hotel chain group standard. Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned that there is no air-conditioned room available, due to peak season with high demanding. If guests feeling hot in guest room, hotel can provide fan. This is not to be expected and accepted since I am going to stay in a hotel under Hilton Group.
By the way, there is a large stain on tile floor in the guest room, the hair dryer is burned with smoke.
The room charge is hitting to HKD1,000/night and I think there is other better option for me next time.

On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, and due to a drop in temperature that day, many guests required warm air. Therefore, the air-conditioning was set to heating mode. We fully understand that during peak season, such arrangements fell far short of the comfort standards expected by Hilton Group and by you. Please believe that this is not our usual service standard. The high demand during peak seasons indeed poses challenges for us, but it should never compromise the guest experience. We have already started to optimize our service processes and ensure that we can provide every guest with a standard-compliant accommodation environment, even during peak periods. Meanwhile, we hope you can forgive us for the inconvenience caused this time.Regarding the poor hygiene conditions and damaged facilities in the guest room, this was a serious oversight on our part. We have immediately conducted a thorough cleaning and repair of the affected room, and taken serious disciplinary action against the responsible personnel. We promise to continuously strengthen the processes for guest room cleaning and facility inspections, ensuring that every room is in the best condition to welcome every guest.We also feel deeply responsible for your feeling that the room rate did not match the experience. We have always insisted that price should be commensurate with value, and clearly, we did not meet your expectations this time. We cherish the trust and support of every guest, and therefore, we are willing to offer you special discounts on future bookings, as a practical expression of our sincerity and determination to improve.Finally, we sincerely invite you to give us another chance, so that we can have the opportunity to prove our changes and progress through actual actions. The service is excellent. Friendly and follow through. The bed is huge good for family with kids. Little far from town but next to the riverside excellent for fireworks.
