Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

The unit is modern n clean. Accommodated 9 of us with children.

We stayed in a cozy, clean & tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment at 艺丰大厦, its convenient location near to Gongbei Port with lots of affordable food joints across the street. Home owner was also very responsive, honest & friendly. Hope more guests will get the chance to stay in this homely place & appreciate every efforts of the home owner to keep this place clean, tidy & comfortable.

Very clean, nice, tidy, and good AC place

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the owner's attentiveness. The decoration was matched with warm yellow lights, and there was a faint scent of essential oils in the air, which instantly washed away my fatigue. The room was more spacious and brighter than in the photos, and the bed was soft but supportive. I slept well until dawn!

The B&B is convenient for transportation and parking. The housekeeper gave clear instructions and provided warm service. The room was spacious and well-lit, clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. There will be another time.

The layout of the living room and the room is slightly different from the photos, but it is acceptable. There is a lot of hair on the floor and it is not very tidy. Suitable for a family of four, good location, restaurants and massage parlors nearby, and close to Xiawan Night Market by taxi. The only negative comment is that the toilet and shower room are not clean. The shower room is connected to the toilet. After taking a shower, the whole toilet is wet and inconvenient.

The homestay is located in a modern high-rise apartment in Zhuofan Center, with convenient transportation, adjacent to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Light Rail Station, and can be reached in just 3-8 minutes by car. Shopping and dining are very convenient in the surrounding area. The room offers a high-value duplex loft structure, large area, fresh decoration style, floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, plenty of light, and river and mountain views. The living room is equipped with an ultra-large HD screen, free mahjong and karaoke equipment, which is very suitable for short-term stay with friends and family

This time I stayed in Mornington Modern Luxury Style; three bedrooms. The overall room was better than expected, very clean and with sufficient air conditioning. The view is great and the flower arrangements in the room are beautiful.

The B&B is conveniently located, the location is easy to find, and the housekeeper gave clear instructions. There is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs, which makes it very convenient to stay.
