Good hotel,but not close to metro.Breakfast could be better. No kettle or tea coffee provided in the room..

Very easy to get to from the airport. Very nice clean hotel. Staff were more than happy to help with all of our needs. Good breakfast.

The linens in the rooms are a little old, but everything else is perfect. The cleanliness is safe and convenient. If you travel alone with your children, the 146 bus can take you to all popular attractions except the stadium. It is very convenient. There are many free parking places around the rental car, and the public security is also good. There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Except that the linens are a little old, everything else is very satisfactory. Breakfast is rich in fruits, and the whole wheat bread toast is delicious, but the coffee feels very average. There are parks around and you can run.

Spanish hotels usually don't provide bottled waterㅠ That was a bit disappointing, but the hotel overall was fine~. Satisfied. By the way, there are a lot of people when eating breakfast, and you have to wait in long lines for the coffee machine^^;

There are two coffee machines in the morning, and there is food, so it is bustling like a country market... If you look at the movement of customers even for a day, it doesn't seem like it would be like that... It is rated 4 stars, but there are no coffee facilities in the 3.3~ rooms.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for a hotel close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. It took 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, and 1 hour directly from the bus stop near the hotel to the Royal Palace in the city, and 50 minutes by subway. The room was clean and large, with two sinks and separate shower and bathtub, which was nice, but the glass door of the shower booth had a large gap, so even with the door closed when using the shower, a lot of water leaked out, and the bathroom floor was flooded after using it, which was disappointing for a four-star hotel. There was a toothbrush and a razor provided, which is rare in Europe. I asked the front desk to print my boarding pass, and they responded promptly.

Everything was perfect, a good stay. It was a comfortable stay.

Really good and very clean. The only downside is 35 minutes by bus from the center of Madrid. But perfect value for money you will not find a hotel of this type in the center or at least not on its prices. I will come back and recommend it'
