A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.

It was a great experience. My husband also said it was the best hotel he had stayed in so far, with good service and environment. After staying for two nights, we stayed for another night. Considering that we had to leave in the middle of the night, we chose the cheaper Yuexiang Twin Room. We called to ask if we could not change rooms, and the counter readily agreed to upgrade the room for free. In the evening, we also provided eight-treasure porridge and hot milk for the children. A must-stay in Putuo Mountain! Beautiful architecture in the style of the Republic of China! The location is super convenient. It is 2 minutes away from Puji Temple. Baibusha is just opposite. There is a bus stop right outside. It is super fast to go to Puji Temple, Nanhai Guanyin Temple and Fayu Temple. It is so easy to visit Buddha! It is simply the best place! The hotel room facilities are retro and warm. The bedding is so comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The sleep-aiding sandalwood is available on demand. I slept soundly at night~ There is lush greenery outside the window. When you open the window, you can see the full scenery. It is really healing! Dining experience (Breakfast is so rich, handmade wontons and handmade noodles are amazing! For dinner, I recommend the villa's seafood buffet! It's so delicious that you can't stop eating. The front desk waiter Xiao Guo is enthusiastic and considerate. He provides full service and answers all questions! ! ! Special activities Copying scriptures, tea ceremony, incense ceremony and folk music performances... The apartment hotel is clean and tidy, parking is good, two rooms and one living room on the upper floor are suitable for family travel and living. The stay is upgraded to the first-line sea view bedroom facing the sea, open and smooth, and the night rest is quiet. It is accompanied by the sound of the waves to fall asleep until dawn. Give a good comment, you can choose again!

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.
