The rooms are spacious and clean. We extended one night and the staff are very helpful

A big shelf in the shower for your own amenities, in case you prefer not the hotel's ones (which are if good quality, too). Quiet room. Good staff. We had a misunderstanding, but later everything was ok.

Great location, close to shopping mall with loads of restaurant options. Complimentary car park for hotel guests. Spacious room, clean and comfy. Friendly staff, speedy and efficient check in and out process. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff at the front desk are very respectful and polite to their customers. I am a foreigner myself who doesn't know much Chinese but I feel more welcomed than ever. I definitely recommend booking a hotel with them if you're looking for an amazing experience and customer service during your stay in Zhongshan/China! 10/10

Check In process is slow and I arrived very late which I prefer a quicker process to the room. When I came into the room, the window is opened. Water coming out from the shower head is thin fast water blade and when showering consistently my skin hurts. I booked 2 rooms and both shower same. Breakfast has good choice but no one organize the table. I need to hurt down my table. The front desk is good services and did apologize my experience. In room service, we did ask for extra bed sheets and basically just dump into the room. I do not expect 5 stars service but I felt this hotel has great potential as the building is quite new. Absolutely improve these small points to be better than the rest of competition.

Overall the room condition is good. But there was a smoke smell in a non-smoking room. And the room is a bit dark.
