Not bad

The room was very dirty. Apart from changing the bed sheets, the other places were not cleaned at all. I don't know if the milky white stuff on the cup was milk, it was all lumpy. There were two pieces of old urine stuck to the toilet seat in the bathroom. Wet tissues couldn't wipe it off. We had to rinse it with boiling water to clean it. The most infuriating thing was that there was no hot water halfway through the shower. It was freezing. Also, when I booked the room, it showed that there was breakfast, but later they said that the breakfast had been cancelled long ago. Why was it still marked as having breakfast on the platform after it was cancelled? It's really a bad review
