Nice hotel. The breakfast is tasty and with many choices

Stayed for 3 nights. Requested a change to a room with bigger desk but with similar layout eventually. Awesome breakfast spread

Everything was awesome except for some small issues. Their staff was polite but their knowledge in understanding English was low. Overall it's amazing

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

I stayed at the Grand Mercure Sheraton for three days and had a great experience. The hotel has an elegant environment, convenient transportation, complete facilities, and thoughtful and meticulous service. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is of high quality, which makes people sleep well all night. The breakfast is rich and varied, meeting all tastes. I will come again next time

The first time I came to Zhengzhou for a business trip, I chose the Grand Mercure Sheraton Hotel to stay. I was extremely impressed! The hotel's facilities are complete, and both the room service and the restaurant service are first-class! The lights in the room are bright, the whole room is spotless, the bed is comfortable, and the sheets are white. There are many varieties of breakfast to meet different tastes. Especially the waiter named Cassie at the front desk, knowing that I wanted to change to a room with a view the next day, she carefully checked the information of the hotel room system and quickly helped me close a room that I was satisfied with. In short, I will come to Zhengzhou often to handle business in the future, and I will definitely stay at the Grand Mercure Sheraton Hotel Zhengzhou again!

The location is very good, next to the shopping mall, very convenient, and close to the Henan Natural History Museum and the provincial government. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are not so new, but they are all there, and the service is also good.

I received a business trip notice at short notice. When I learned that the conference hotel was at Sheraton, I almost thought about booking the conference hotel without thinking. Nothing else, I just wanted to rest well and didn't want to toss. Taking care of my broken body and resting well is much better than tossing the little money I saved. At most, I can eat one less meal. When I received the call from Zhengzhou Grand Sheraton, I was still on the high-speed train from Wuhan to Zhengzhou. The call I received on the high-speed train was to confirm the arrival time with me so that I could check in. There was a biting cold wind outside the car window. However, the moment I received the call from the concierge of Grand Sheraton, the warm voice from the cloud warmed my fingertips. This conference trip, which was originally a one-day and one-night trip, fermented into the most comfortable warmth in winter because of the encounter with this hotel. When I booked, I saw that I could upgrade the room type for free, so I clicked the option without hesitation. I packed my luggage the night before I left. My old cervical spine injury from years of desk work was aching. My sleep was really good and bad. When the hotel asked me whether I needed buckwheat pillows and latex pillows, I answered happily. You really need a good sleep experience when you are on a business trip. Although many star hotels have this service, when I was asked about it, it really seemed to prove the saying: someone will hand you a pillow when you are sleepy. It was great. I arrived 4 minutes earlier than the agreed time on the phone. The front desk told me that my room was not ready yet and asked me if I wanted to choose a similar room type or wait a while. I just wanted to have a good sleep and didn't want to wait for 4 minutes. When I learned that if I waited patiently, the room I was about to check in would have a spinning bike, but this one didn't, I said without hesitation that I would not wait. Those who lie flat don't have time to ride a bike. When they return to the room, they just want to roll on the 2-meter-long bed. The front desk also gave me a small photo frame, saying that it was my first time staying at Sheraton, and wished me good luck in 2025. Who doesn't like to hear good words? It was my first business trip in the New Year, and I was happy to hear the blessings. Because I didn't choose the breakfast service, I received a greeting from the hotel in the morning, inviting me to experience the breakfast in the executive lounge, saying that I just needed to report my room number. Otherwise, I would say that the service was warm. Knowing that I didn't choose the breakfast service, I didn't say that I would give breakfast for free, but said "invite you to experience it". I was really overjoyed and went there happily when I was worrying about where to eat breakfast. Hu spicy soup + white porridge, plus a bowl of freshly cooked wontons, paired with a cup of mellow and thick soy milk, even the Chinese chef dare not match it like me. There is no way, I don't like coffee and bread, I only like Chinese food. The extension of the meeting disrupted all plans, and the lunch break was compressed. I had to go back to the room to pack up for easy check-out. I chose to move the meal into the guest room without hesitation and scanned the code to order Henan specialty stewed noodles. Someone may ask me why I didn't order takeout. It's really too late. The takeout will be delivered, and the concierge will be arranged to deliver it to the room. I'm afraid I will gobble it up. It doesn't match the clean, beautiful and comfortable room. As soon as I ordered the meal, I received a call. It turned out that the restaurant staff asked about the taste requirements. I asked for spicy and replaced the fruit with refreshing pickles. After finishing the luggage and personal affairs, I just lay down for a while, and the stewed noodles were delivered. To be honest, there are many delicious foods around, and the company also arranged a meeting meal. But this choice allowed me to steal half a day of leisure, so that I can calmly deal with the heavy learning content in the afternoon. What can I say? If you say that the food in star-rated hotels is more outstanding, it is not necessarily, after all, it is difficult to satisfy everyone. So whether it is rest or eating, it depends on personal preferences and choices. Starting from self-needs, it will not be bad. Anyway, I think this bowl of stewed noodles is hot, 😍😍😍 Physical and mental pleasure is more important than anything else, haha. Thanks to my own unhesitating choice, I had a different warm experience. This curtain with sunshine in the hotel is a fragment of countless memories, but I think that for the rest of my life, every time I recall it, it will always be warm. There are many beautiful rooms and a lot of warm sunshine. Because of the people and stories, this window has special memories. ❤️❤️❤️ The high-speed train for the return trip is at 5:30, Zhengzhou, see you next time.

The hotel has convenient transportation and parking. The hotel service is very good. The room was upgraded. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. Snacks and drinks from the minibar were provided.

Stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel is conveniently located, and Zhengzhou East Station is only two stops away by subway. After arriving at the hotel, the room was not cleaned in time due to the holiday. The front desk sent a drink coupon to comfort us in time, which is understandable. It took about half an hour to get the room. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, suitable for business office. The simple meals in the executive lounge were good, and the optional items were ok, which is worth praising. The hotel breakfast meets the standards of a star hotel. Every staff member we met was very good, and we would like to express our gratitude here! Thank you for your hard work! If we have the opportunity to come to Zhengzhou next time, we will still choose the Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel.
