Lady who clean the room is very good - 客房服务员李端 But the rest was not such as Refrigerator not able to use since it is set at room temperature so u have to get ice for my drink and fruit. TV volume set at 25 and nothing louder. Front door has no luggage service when we check in. Poor Management in general. This service definitely not meet the 5 star hotel rating.

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

This business trip to stay at Hilton Grand Mercure, the experience was very good! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the meticulous service. When traveling to Zhengzhou, I habitually choose the Grand Mercure Sheraton Hotel. As always, I am satisfied and give it a thumbs up. The front desk service is always so warm and enthusiastic, and I upgraded the floor for free. Thank you very much! The room facilities are complete and high-quality, and the king-size bed is super large and comfortable. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich, and there are seven ways to cook eggs alone. You can also eat the Henan specialty "Hu La Tang". The transportation is super convenient. Exit C of Nongye South Road Station on Metro Line 1 is just a few dozen meters away from the hotel. It is only two stops to Zhengzhou East Station by subway, and only 8 stops to Zhengzhou Station. It is also very convenient to go to the attractions. When you come to Zhengzhou, I highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel.

During my stay, I was injured by the bathroom glass door handle. I reported it to the front desk in the morning, but I didn't receive a call from the hotel until I checked out in the afternoon. The handling was seriously delayed. In addition, the items in the room were not placed properly, which greatly reduced the guest's stay experience.

The experience was quite good, the breakfast was rich, the floor was high enough, the room was upgraded, there were sports equipment in the room, which was quite thoughtful, there was a shopping mall downstairs, which was quite convenient, there was a dialect humor street in the mall, the front desk was very enthusiastic. A doll was given as a gift, and the children liked it very much.

The shower room drains slowly, causing the water to flood and almost make me slip. Bad review! Last time I stayed here, I found out that there was no shower gel in the shower room halfway through taking a shower, so I called and got it delivered. I tolerated it last time, but I really can't tolerate it this time.
