Convenient location and great service! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, making it perfect for travelers catching a train. The area is lively, with several convenience stores nearby, so grabbing a quick snack or drink is never a problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. What stood out most was the staff’s friendliness—the reception team was helpful, and even the housekeeping aunties would greet guests with a smile. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a simple yet comfortable stay near the station.

Receptionists are friendly and made check in and out so seamless and quick. Room was clean and modern. I personally loved the area of the hotel - new buildings. There is a small eatery nearby (probably 1 min walking distance) that serve really good food at reasonable price (about RMB15 for a big plate of rice with meat and vege).

This is my first time writing a negative review for a hotel... Hygiene: There is a stain on the quilt^_^ Service: I booked the train for the evening, so I wanted to find an hourly room near the East Station to take a shower. The reservation details page stated that the available hours for hourly rooms were 8:00-22:00, but when I checked in, the hotel said 21: Check-out is required before 30pm, so I asked the hotel: Doesn’t it say 22:00 on it? The front desk said the reason was that the staff had to clean. Finally, I was told that I had to check out before 21:45. I agreed and checked out on time. If the matter ends here, I will not give a negative review. I just want to suggest that the hotel change the check-in time on the booking page to avoid further misunderstandings. (This is my first time staying in an hourly room. I’m not sure whether this is the default rule of the hourly room or a problem of Hanting). However, when I went to the restroom after storing my luggage and came out, I heard an employee at the front desk (she probably thought I had left) complaining to another employee about me: Why is that woman so annoying and asking so many questions? It doesn't make sense after so long (it's probably like this, it's been a while and I can't remember clearly). My question throughout the whole process was just: "You said check out at 22:00, why do you keep asking me to check out at 21:30?" I just hope that I can have the proper check-in time according to the content on the booking page, and I didn't make any other requests. and questions. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The lobby is on the first floor. The service staff warmly welcomed us. It was our first time in Zhengzhou and we didn't have dinner very late. The waiter took the initiative to tell us nearby dining places. The room is on a high floor. It is very clean and well-equipped. I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity!

Since I missed my onward train, I went to this hotel to ask if there were any rooms available. I was told there weren't any. But later I saw online that there were still rooms available, so I booked one. I don't understand why I was denied a room when there were still some available. Given the unfriendly check-in earlier, I would have preferred to avoid this, but I needed to be close to the train station. ...

Not recommended. The Hanting Hotel on Dongshangding Road in Zhengzhou does not enjoy the late check-out treatment for Huazhu Club members. The reason is that booking rooms on third-party platforms (Ctrip, **, etc.) does not enjoy member late check-out. Only their own APP can do so. Therefore, friends who travel frequently are not recommended to stay in this hotel.

2024年新開的酒店，設施不錯，離鄭州東站步行要走15分鐘左右，酒店周圍還在施工，吃飯不方便，幸好酒店早餐很不錯，點贊! 要感謝前台的工作人員，我們晚上從外面回酒店，把一袋物品落在大堂，過了兩小時後才想起，去到大堂，前台人員幫忙收起了，非常感謝！ 雖然給了五星好評，但希望客房服務還要提高，否則對不起這麼高的房價。

位置很好找，就在鄭州東站附近，蜜雪冰城總部的旁邊，房間整潔乾淨，退房後收漏掉的洗面奶也及時打電話聯繫寄快遞，服務態度很好

房間很小，基本沒什麼服務，早上連早飯在幾樓吃都不説的，鄭州東站步行1.1公里左右，路上沒什麼路燈，還在建的毛坯樓比較多，比較一般

是在漢庭裡相對更好的，上樓需要刷卡，外賣可以機器人送上樓，安全性比較高 馬桶是自帶加熱功能的，水也夠熱，呼叫前台按鈕即可，有一個比較大的飄窗可以整理行李，方便且舒適 建議棉簽多準備一份

環境：鄭州東站附近，出站步行10分鐘左右，博學路地鐵步行10分鐘左右。可遠眺東站和蜜雪總部。一棟樓裏多個酒店，別走錯樓層。 設施：設施完善，強烈點贊洗衣房，不用背臟衣服回家啦！

定的雙床房，離蜜雪冰城總部和鄭州東站都步行可達，就是天氣太熱，這點距離走走也累。前台友好，衞生整潔。

酒店距離鄭州東站約1公里路程，有點像酒店公寓，好幾家酒店的客房共同租在整棟樓裏。客房明亮乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，有洗衣房可以洗烘，整體服務還不錯。

酒店樓層高，房間大，設施齊全，我特別喜歡那個大飄窗，有自助存行李櫃。沒有早餐，點了外賣可以讓機器人送到房間，離蜜雪冰城旗艦店近。鄭州東站周邊還在建設中，所以環境不太好，出去都靠滴滴。但住房間裏並沒有受到影響。
