The hotel has a great rooftop but all the staff should be replaced by professionals.

Clean and I think it's new. The room is big but it's a bit far from everywhere. Use Grab to travel around.

S park design hotel was an amazing hotel. The roof top restaurant was awesome! The room was clean has a kitchenette which was a bonus! The bathroom was very clean; literally almost spotless. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel , very close to airport , have 2 little cafes and 2 bars , one at roof top, the front desk is very helpful, they help me arrange a private tour since I was short of time and also arranged a private transfer for my onward journey . The breakfast is decent aswell , overall highly recommended if you want to be in a quite area for a good rest/sleep

Hotel was clean, room well-furnished, and decent facilities. Good for people seeking a short stay in Vientiane as it is close to the airport. It is very near a public bus stop to and from Wattay Airport, but I have not used it

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and professional! I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM and check in was very simple. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom was also very nice especially the shower. Are used the pool daily and it is also well-maintained. The manager Paul and his staff do a wonderful job. I rented a motor scooter, and that made getting around much easier, but that being said, there are plenty of opportunities to hook up with group to go see the site. I recommend this hotel for a budget conscience travelers. 

Hotel is not far from city center. Value for staying. Staffs are friendly.
