Excellent all around! The hotel provides for your every need, from free transport to and from the station and two of the nearby ski resorts (Thaiwoo and Genting) to the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Even laundry was free! Room service is prompt and the whole place is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the winter, the well-insulated rooms are a godsend. The shower works well, and there is a bathtub. We couldn't believe the value for money was so amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel up in Chongli. Very well maintained with outstanding customer care.

Everything was nice, the breakfast was perfect but the location is a bit far. Wasn’t easy at all to find a taxi, especially in the morning.

The hotel is very new, clean and sanitary. There are many types of breakfast to choose from. It was snowing heavily when I went there. It is very close to Taiwu and Taizicheng stations. However, the facilities nearby are not perfect and there are not many dining options.

The hotel's service is impeccable, and the price is not expensive. Helen also helped with a free upgrade, which is really a cost-effective choice. The environment is also very good, the room is very clean, and every stay makes people feel refreshed. The breakfast is also nutritionally balanced and very satisfying. Special thanks to the front desk staff Yamin and Miss Guo Hao for their thoughtful service, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

In order to avoid the weekend crowds, I booked this hotel near Taiwu. The room I was assigned was on a lower floor when I checked in, and the lady at the front desk immediately adjusted the room. The surrounding environment is good, the snow trail is in the distance outside the window, and it is also very quiet.

I have stayed in many hotels under Ascott. Oakwood Suites in Chongli is quite satisfactory and has a high cost-effectiveness. There was a pre-adjustment call on the day of check-in to inquire about the check-in time and itinerary. The front desk was proficient in check-in procedures. Jiali & Yamin provided warm and thoughtful service. The first impression was very good. The room was arranged in the middle of the corridor on the second floor. The suite of about 55 square meters seemed a little cramped, and the space was not fully utilized, but the overall decoration and facilities were very advanced, and the full set of Panasonic appliances had a very good texture. The American Standard Washlet in the room was very easy to use, and the water temperature in the shower area was difficult to control. It was almost impossible to adjust the cold water during the stay. The breakfast was of medium level, the dining table was small but basically everything was available; however, the temperature in the restaurant was too low, and the food was all cold when it was served. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay. The only drawback was the lack of parking space and the few shuttle buses to the surrounding ski resorts. Others were quite satisfactory. Worth recommending!

Guobin Villa is located in Taizicheng. It is the reception hotel for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It is quiet in the bustling area. It is located halfway up the mountain. The hardware facilities and equipment are good. It is not far from the major ski resorts in Taizicheng. The sanitary conditions look good. The environment and services are comfortable. There are few parking spaces in the parking lot. I hope to maintain the quality as always.

The room was very clean, the outside temperature was -28 degrees and the room temperature was 28 degrees, which was very comfortable. Thanks to Tian Yamin and Zhang Dan. They took the children skiing until 3 o'clock. They helped us check out until 4 o'clock and called a car to send us to the high-speed rail station. Thank you very much. The breakfast was also very good with many varieties. This is my second stay. I will choose Oakwood again when I come to Taiwu in the future.

The room heating is quite powerful, so hot that I sweated at night. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is at least 40 degrees. The hotel has two buildings, across the road. The children experienced the swimming pool and gym in Building 1. The restaurant is large and the large balcony with a nice view! The underground parking lot is very convenient. It is really harmful to the car when it is more than 20 degrees below zero outside at night. The hotel is very close to the Thaiwoo Ski Town. If the weather is not cold, you can walk back and forth. It is a good winter experience! The last photo is taken at the highest peak of Thaiwoo, 2160 meters.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me many surprises. Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.

A very new hotel apartment, located next to the Taizicheng high-speed rail station, very close to Taiwu and Genting Snow Park, only a few minutes drive away. It is also very convenient to go to Wanlong and other snow fields. The room has a balcony and the hotel also has a swimming pool, where you can relax after skiing. I stayed for five consecutive days this time. Thanks to the restaurant manager for helping to mix the complimentary ramen set meal into other dishes, avoiding the embarrassment of eating noodles continuously. The other dishes in the restaurant are also very good. It will be more perfect if the variety can be enriched in the future! During the stay, I can feel that the hotel is very dedicated and wants to satisfy every customer. I will come again next time!
