We had a very pleasant short stay at this hotel. The staff members were very responsive and helpful. Our room has a fancy shower, automated curtains, very comfortable bed,and a lounge chair. Bottled water was provided per your need. The front desk sent a robot to deliver extra bottled water to our room - that’s really cute! This hotel is in a great location for visiting Tianmen Mountain

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

The hotel is in walking distance to the east entrance of the national park. All the employees are very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast is average. The negatives of this hotel are the heaters in the room is old, which making a loud noise when the heat kick in, but it got it fix when we came back in the evening. Also, the hotel is in renovation. The construction workers were spraying paint on the exterior building. So, it has a strong paint odor. We requested to switch room, and the staff is very helpful for the request. But, the heater in the second room also makes noise. It got it fix after we notified them. The hotel just dated and need an update. But, we spend most of the time in the National park, just need a decent place to sleep. So, that’s works for us.

It is very close to the gate of Wulingyuan and only takes a few minutes to take a taxi. There are many Didi, so travel is very convenient. The most important thing is that the boss is a young man born in 1994, very enthusiastic. Because we went to Zhangjiajie temporarily, we didn’t make any travel plans at all. After arriving at the hotel, the young man carefully took the scenic map 🗺 and studied with us the special forces route to play around Zhangjiajie in one day! He took the initiative to upgrade our room type during the off-season, chatted with us, and made us the local berry tea which was very delicious! Very good!

The hotel is quite old, and all the facilities in the room are very old. The hotel's parking lot was not found, and it happened that there was a free free parking space near the road near the hotel entrance. Front desk folks willing to help out and location is just about a 10-15 minute walk to the main gate of Wulingyuan—where famous Avatar mountains are. Room clean and comfortable. I slept well on the bed, but it is a bit hard. New sink, new shower and toilet. Construction begins loudly around 7am in small river across the street. That’s temporary and not hotel’s fault. Washing machine and ample space for drying clothing on top floor patio space. Only complaint is hotel storing junk in stairwell—various chairs, old toilets, old doors. Looks disorganized and strange as I walked up and down the stairs.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.
