Check-in / out was fast and easy. Location is excellent, many local cuisine restaurants below and less than 5 min walk to the tianmen mountain cable car, luckin coffee, macdonalds... I really liked the room - had a great view of the cable car as hotel is on 13th floor of a building. Theres a lift to go up/down. I had a busier schedule than planned and so couldnt use the bathtub as I had hoped to. staff helped with laundry - wash upstairs and dried in the room within hours. highly recommend and would stay again.

Awesome. Perfect location. Easy to find food nearby. Walkable to the cable car station so we can get there before others. Nice hotel design. Great Japanese toilet.

Great Service. Friendly and super helpful staff. They took the time to explain the different routes to go up the tian men mountain and how to get to Wulingyuan by bus. They also took care of our luggage while we were away. Thank you!

Our first stop on our Zhangjiajie trip. We arrived at Hehua Airport at 10:30 PM and got to the hotel at 11:00 PM. We booked a family room, which was great value for money. The location is fantastic, less than a 500-meter walk from the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and surrounded by many eateries. The owner was very friendly and offered complimentary luggage storage. After exploring Tianmen Mountain the next day, we took a taxi to the National Forest Park in the evening. It only took about 40 minutes to reach our next hotel there, which was very convenient.

The receptionist at the front was extremely Helpful, attentive . The room was modern, clean and tidy , my daughter loves the decor,
I would give them 5 for cleanliness if The Elevator
Was a bit cleaner , its good for guests, however it might not be their duty to clean it. Otherwise , fantastic hotel with great , restaurants and small grocery shop before you enter the building , it took us awhile to find it. but for the next guest its at 13A floor
Shower water pressure excellent, toilet and sink very clean and its 5 minutes to the tienman mountain cable car .❤️❤️❤️

Spotless. Prime location if you plan to tour Tien men mountain. You can literally see the cable cars running outside the window. Super helpful staff. Got me tickets to the parks and told me about the best roots to take. 100% recommend!

This is a very good hotel! The hotel is located on the 13A floor. Great view of the cable car. Comfortable rooms, good beds. Caring staff. I liked everything very much. I recommend this hotel. I want to come back here again!

Hotel is located closed to the Tianmen mountain cable car, to the railway station and to the Zhangjiajie bus station. It is perfect if you want to visit the Tianmen mountain. One of the pictures shows the view outf the window.
