The Boutique Inn is very nicely decorated. We were warmly welcomed, received a room upgrade for free and got help everyday for everything we needed (activities, maps, translation and free water). The Tianmen Mountain is super closeby and you can take a bus to the national park. Thank you for having us and being so kind to us!!

This hotel was recommended by a friend because it's located just next to the main gate to Tian men mountain. We were not disappointed as the room was very clean, spacious, very affordable, moreover the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The aerea around the hotel is great: very traditional and authentic neighborhood with lots of interesting places to eat and take pictures.

Great stay with excellent service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. The room was spotless, had all the essentials, including heating, and they even provided complimentary water upon arrival. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels and shampoo provided. The location is perfect—close to everything, including the bus station. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenience!

The woman at the desk was super super helpful. She gave us a free room upgrade too. She even helped us get student discounts on the expensive tickets and other advice and recommendations. I recommend getting wechat if you don’t speak fluent Chinese, so she can just message you and you use the translate function. The rooms are cute and clean and have a very cozy vibe.

Awesome homestay like a budget boutique hotel. Hosts who were mom and daughter were extremely nice. I felt quite at home even thou i only stayed for a night. Washing machine to be shared was provided. Balcony outside to hang clothes too. Opp of cable car station by a road away. Some restaurants downstairs. I would stay here again.

I highly recommend this accommodation. First off, the location is great. It is just a few minutes away on foot from the Tianmen cable station and the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. There are also many restaurants and stores near the place which are all at cheap or reasonable prices. In terms of the room, what you see on the photos posted on the app is what you get. No pretensions. The room is more than enough for me — it’s very tidy, beddings are fresh, toilet is clean and spacious, and the aircon is working perfectly well (aircon seems new). But what’s best about this place are the owners. They are very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful. They booked everything for me at good discounts - the Zhangjiajie National Forest, the Tianmen Mountain, and the Fox Fairy Show. They also cooked delicious dinner for us, upon our request, even though they don’t really sell food for their guests. Overall, my experience was great! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m very lucky I got to stay here. Will definitely stay here again next time I go back to ZJJ!

Nice room, nice location, the service from the front desk was amazing. Unfortunately my heater didn’t work, even tho the remote was set to “heating” it didn’t heat. Room was very cold and I had to put on a lot of layers

Room is great, hygiene and wifi is good. Lady boss gave a free gift of plum tea leaves. Only thing is bed is really hard. Like rock. Can store bag at hote and retrieve it when leavingl. Distance is abt 5 mins walk to tianmenshan entrance. Great price too.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Just opposite to the cable car to 天门山 mountain. Nearby has many eateries. There is also a direct bus to Zhang Jia Jia West railway station. The boss and the daughter are very warm and helped me to book the cable car ticket

Very near Tianmenshan ticket station. You can see the cable cars moving above the buildings. Room small but comfortable. Shower strong and good temperature. Plenty of food choices around.

Good option if you wan to visit the Tianmen mountan. The entrance is only 5 minutes walking away. The cable car will bring you from the top of the mountin directly to your hotel (do the route B which is better if you want to avoid tourist groups). The are is very quite but still a lot of options for eating. Street food and restaurants as well.

The best place to stay in Zhangjiajie. We really felt at home, the service was very special, the hotel is a family business and we felt very welcomed. The service is exemplary and we are fortunate to feel very well looked after. The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from Tianmen Cable Car. My room was spacious, modern and cozy.
