Zhangjiajie Wangyun Juzhusu (National Forest Park Sign Store)

My stay at Wangyunju at the East Gate of Zhangjiajie: Excellent location, superb service, a top choice for families! This time, I brought my family to Zhangjiajie, and choosing Wangyunju near the East Gate was an absolutely wise choice! The entire experience was very satisfying and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, especially families. 1. Excellent location and convenient transportation Close to the core scenic area: The homestay is just over a 10-minute walk from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and taxis are a reasonable price. This is a prime location for frequent travelers, saving both energy and time. In the morning, you can easily catch the first eco-friendly bus and avoid the crowds. Well-equipped surroundings: The homestay is directly across from the "Charming Xiangxi" theater, making it very convenient for evening performances. With various restaurants downstairs and a supermarket nearby, small needs like meals are easily met without having to travel far. 2. Detailed, warm, and professional service From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. They not only proactively shared information about scenic spots but also tailored itineraries to suit our needs. This was especially important to us, as we have elderly family members who struggle with walking and climbing steep steps. When explaining the routes, the staff thoughtfully explained the elevation, number of steps, and required physical effort for each route, helping us avoid sections unsuitable for the elderly. This significantly reduced our worries and made planning our trip a breeze. This attentiveness and professionalism are truly commendable! Wangyunju assigns each guest a dedicated butler. Our butler, Xiao Tan, was incredibly charming and attentive. When she learned we needed to go to the airport on our return trip, and the property only offered high-speed rail transfers, she helped us coordinate and ultimately arranged a drop-off. The butler and staff proactively inquired about our itinerary and whether we needed any assistance, demonstrating a strong sense of service. 3. Comfortable Accommodation with Good Privacy We stayed in a two-story, stand-alone unit. This structure is perfect for families or groups. We shared the two floors with the elderly, allowing us to stay separate and enjoy our own private spaces. This significantly improved quality of rest, providing both privacy and convenient care. This room design is very thoughtful. The rooms and common areas were kept clean and tidy, making our stay reassuring. 4. Dining Experience: A Rich and Unique Breakfast The breakfast at the B&B was rich and delicious. Their braised beef rice noodles were particularly noteworthy, with a spicy kick. You can also add various toppings to create your own flavor. 5. Value-added Services Enhance the Experience The B&B provides complimentary afternoon tea and fruit upon guests' return each day. After a tiring day exploring the scenic area, returning to your accommodation and enjoying the refreshing fruit instantly melts away any fatigue and lifts your spirits. This thoughtful touch is a real plus! Wangyunju in Zhangjiajie East Gate excels in terms of location, service quality, comfortable accommodations, unique dining options, and meticulous attention to detail. It's an excellent choice for families with elderly or children, or those seeking peace of mind, convenience, and personalized service. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the overall experience is excellent, and the value for money is exceptional. Wangyunju will still be my first choice when I return to Zhangjiajie!

酒店在魅力湘西對面，樓下和後面幾家好吃的，環境很好，管家小譚服務到位，給了地圖和旅遊線路推薦，我們下午去的黃石寨和金鞭溪，晚上管家幫忙購買的魅力湘西，坐前排正中，體驗感良好，晚上去了推薦的當地人吃的唐記魚雜，點了三下鍋和石墨豆腐，味道還不錯。第二天去了百龍天梯和袁家寨，因為時間原因沒有去楊家界和天子山。民宿還給安排了送服務，今天又去了天門山，運氣比較好，天氣非常舒適，排隊也不算太長，很愉快的一次旅行。
