Great location close to the entrance of the national park. Room was amazing and breakfast was not bad.

Conveniently located. They had a tour office at the hotel who helped us arrange a guide which was very helpful. Lots of variety for breakfast.

On the first night, we found poisonous rove beetles in the room, which caused redness and swelling on our face and arms. We called the hotel at noon to ask them to disinfect the room. When we came back at night, we found four or five more insects in the room, one on the bed and the other on the lampshade. We then called the waiter to come up, and we cancelled our stay. (When checking in, we also heard feedback from other guests that we were too careless. Although there were sand windows on the windows, they were useless.) The hotel should disinfect the rooms and the greenery in the courtyard. The sand window holes are too large and should be made larger.)

We originally booked two deluxe mountain view king-size rooms, but when we were still on the way on the 1st, the hotel helped us upgrade to the presidential suite, which had 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a study, and 3 bathrooms. In the past, when my kids stayed in a hotel, they would always ask to go home at night, but this time they kept running around in the presidential room, which was very fun. The room service is enthusiastic, and any needs will be responded to in time👍🏻! The hotel is located in Wulingyuan Scenic Area, about 15 minutes walk from the Wulingyuan landmark gate. There are all kinds of small shops along the way, which is very lively. It is also convenient to go to the Charming Xiangxi Theater, about 15 minutes walk. The hotel's business travel department provides free travel consulting services, as well as hand-painted scenic map, answers my questions one by one, and edits the scenic tour route, helps us book performance tickets, and makes our travel easier and more convenient. The service of a five-star hotel is excellent, and they also provide breakfast for children. Especially Aunt Li Ping from the housekeeping department, she is very considerate and provided fruits and sweet water. She is very warm and thoughtful. The view outside the window is very good.
