We spent one night in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. We visited Mount Tianmen, very easily accessible from the hotel. When collecting our luggage, Dandan hotel employee helped us plan our trips for the next 2 days in Zhangjiajie national park and buy entrance tickets at a good price. We recommend Hotel and Dandan.

Zhangjiajie stay in this hotel was amazing. Hotel staff helped us to organize the sightseeing tour, thanks Dandan! Hotel was really cozy and clean, staff cleaned it and changed towels every day without any mention from our side. There are cafes and shops nearby, so location was very good!

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very price-friendly, spacious and clean. When we arrived on our first day we received a warm welcome from Fang Fang. She helped us during our whole stay in Zhangjiajie with planning all our trips to the Tianmen, national forest, Grand Canyon & Qixing Mountain. She made everything so easy for us and was always available to help. Her personal maps of the parks with her personalized routes are the best and very easy to follow. Nothing was too much for her, we never had such a great experience before. She also introduced us to her sister Xing, who also made sure that we had the best time ever during our stay. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy Zhangjiajie. A big thank you to Fang Fang, Xing & Dong Dong for everything, we will never forget you. A small hotel where we can chats with the staff. Dandan, as a person in charge for me, she help arrange tickets to Forrest Park as well as shuttles bus . Location of hotel in the city and need shuttle bus to Forrest Park & Glass Bridge. I got a room upgrade and got a very nice view after raining whole night & day.

This hotel is highly recommended especially for foreign tourists, this hotel provides maps for tours and helps organize the desired tour routes. The service is very maximum. Thank you to Xia Hua for helping me a lot.

We had a pleasant stay at Jiezhi Xiangxi Love Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Yangyun). The hotel was clean, and our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The location, while not central, was convenient for getting around and well connected to transportation. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early to catch a train and couldn’t try the breakfast — it would have been nice to receive a takeaway option, but none was offered. Overall, though, it was a good experience and a solid choice for visiting the area.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Dandan during my stay. She provided a complimentary pick-up from Zhangjiajie Station in a comfortable Benz car, which made my arrival smooth and relaxing. Dandan was incredibly helpful throughout my trip — she assisted me in booking tickets for the Fox Fairy Show, the Tianmen Mountain package, and entry to Zhangjiajie National Park. She also gave me detailed guidance for my hiking trips, ensuring I could make the most out of each adventure. On top of that, Dandan arranged a free Didi ride to the cable car station, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Her warm hospitality, efficiency, and attention to detail made my Zhangjiajie trip truly unforgettable. I highly recommend Dandan’s services to anyone visiting the area!

Good location and it is convenient base place for travellings to different sightseeing spots. The service is very good and with free shuttle to and from the High Speed Rail station. The hotel also provides free advice on the itinerary to fit your traveling plan.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We would come back any time because we love it so much. Sweet Dandan helped us with all our request, even to plan a great trip to the Glass Bridge. Fangfang was also helpful. I recommend it.

I would say this hotel had one of the best personalised services I have ever experienced, upon arrival we were were quickly checked in even though we were early. They asked us what our plans were for the day and quickly helped use reorganise our plans since we didn’t have much time. 夏花 sat down with us and explained each attraction in much details and which routes to take. she sent us a step by plan of how we should best spend our day so we see all the things we want to see. we found this very helpful because zhangjiajie national park was so big. She also checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were okay. I had messaged her one time since we were lost and she helped direct us back in the right direction. while we had to rebook our tickets for the attractions, the extra money we spent was worth it as it made our trip easier and gave us more flexibility to access to different activities within the attraction.

The service is very satisfying, the room is also comfortable. Jiaxing really helped us a lot in buying tickets and transportation to tourist attractions. This hotel is highly recommended 👍👍

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with top-notch service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Dandan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. She was incredibly proactive, always offering assistance before we even had to ask. The whole team really took effort to communicate with us. They will treat not just like a friend but like a close relative who visited their hometown. That was literally how we felt when we were there. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities, including a massage chair just outside our room—an absolute treat after a long day of hiking. Dandan provided us with detailed guidance (with maps) on the best routes for exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Grand Canyon Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, ensuring we made the most of our trip. She even kept us updated on the weather and gave valuable advice on how to dress appropriately for the changing temperatures at higher elevations. The hotel also offers fantastic perks such as free airport pickup and drop-off, a complimentary ride to the train station and Tianmen Mountain Cableway, and an amazing breakfast featuring the best Hunan-style noodles we’ve had. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

The location is good, the room is quite big, the hotel staffs is helpful, breakfast not so good , got free drop off to the airport
