Very warm helpful front desk service and hotel manager. Ever ready smile and helpful when we pass by or need directions. Room is very clean, spacious, comfortable with excellent view. Greatest joy is the massage chair in my room - really made my day :) Location is in a quiet but close enough to walk to food and main street. Easily located by Didi anyway. Highly recommend :)

We loved the experience. The hotel is chic, modern and well maintained. The staff were professional and eager to meet our needs. We particularly like the owner who went out of the way to provide the services, whether it was arranging the pickup or upgrade. We had a pleasant stay at 山与溪度假酒店(张家界武陵源森林公园店) from 26 to 28 Nov 2024. The room was spacious, hotel environment is clean and nice and a nice serene view from the room. Hotel location is convenient, less than 10 mins drive to the East entrance. There also shops within a min walk; mini supermarket selling daily necessities, nice drinks, other shops are restaurants, foot massage, etc, Breakfast is simple variety, and yet filing. When we checked out, the boss and lady boss helped us with our luggage to the car. It was very nice of them. Overall it was a good stay.
