People think that the hotel near the airport is sucks, but I think that it is great for me. Not only the location, but also food in the restaurant is great

I was happy that there was a bathtub for my tired body. It would have been nice to have a fridge, but it had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Staying here at the moment prior to an early morning flight to Alicante..Massive improvement on my previous stays..My room on the 2nd floor is one of the refurbished rooms and is so comfortable...Not had a meal or breakfast this time but hope to in future visits.. Staff so friendly and nothing is too much for them..You have certainly won this guest back..

Great hotel with perfect location to Glasgow Airport (I walked door to door with a carry on suitcase) in less than 6mins. Busy hotel but staff were friendly and attentive. Great nights sleep - no noise at all. I stayed 1 night before my early flight. Had an evening meal and drinks which were all great - can't fault the place, bar restaurant and hotel staff all fabulous.

Heating didn’t work, no towels in room, teas and coffees for 1 person, dirty toilets., no resulotioned offered by staff (they where very good but only 2 on duty for a whole hotel… clear money grab. Main area ran by 2 people maybe 60 people in it, staff clearly unhappy, no management at hotel (I arrived at 6pm). Given a number to call, 2 weeks ago, called and promised a call back nothing received… Horrible landscaping, looks like a jailbreak had occurred, in dire need of a revamp. Stayed in many many premier inns for work, and Lesiure but this one is horrendous, except them poor staff.

This Airport hotel I booked last minute as my flights had changed, before I even booked the room online I asked reception staff if I could get food in the restaurant. “No problem” I was told an hour after checking inn I went to the restaurant to be seated and told their chef had walked out 2 days prior and they were only operating a basic menu with one remaining chef. And I’d be waiting up to 1 & 1/2 hours. I expressed my annoyance that I couldn’t get food to reception asked if they would provide a refund so I could book elsewhere nearby they told me I’d need to take it up with guest relations on the next working day as reception don’t provide refunds. I went elsewhere I contacted guest relations today and they said that reception should have organised any refunds and I should contact the hotel directly. All in all a pretty poor service from a usually trusted brand. Out of pocket and annoyed. This is my honest and fair review of premier Glasgow Aiport.

Thank you to Ryan, ruby, and Josh who were all amazing, had a great time and enjoyed dinner at the reception. Given great advice of food. New restaurant has been refurbished recently and wow such an improvement. Great atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the food.

We had an overnight stay and cannot praise the staff enough at this hotel. From check in, great assistance with the screens which for us was an issue, to check out all staff were always happy to help with a smile We had booked breakfast and it was great value for money, overall for the price we paid we were very satisfied and would definitely use it again and recommend

An affordable hotel that’s easy access to the airport good for an overnight stay especially with work being so close I’ve had to use it a few times now and never had any problems. It’s not anything amazing but perfect for a comfortable nights sleep

This Premier Inn is easily walkable from the airport which is one of the reasons why we decided to stay before our early morning flight. On arrival we were directed to the self check in machines, there are 2 of them. We did the whole process, including the payment section, but at the end it instructed us to see a member of staff. In stepped John. We explained what had happened so he checked us in at the desk. When we got into our room I checked my bank account, the payment transaction had gone through twice. We went back to speak to John at the desk and he said not to worry, we WON’T have been charged twice.He even said that as it was Friday night, and the banks were shut, it would be rectified by Monday. We felt he was fobbing us off. By Tuesday both transactions were still showing in my bank account. So even though I was out of the country, I had to phone Premier Inn Helpline to obtain a refund, which took another 5 days to be refunded to my bank account. We also had to ask for more towels as there were only one set in the room. Whilst having a drink in the bar we heard numerous others asking for more towels. I asked was it now Premier’s policy to only put one set of towels in each room and was told it was a machine that told the cleaners how many towels to leave in each room!! One family had to ask for bedding as only one bed had been made up in a family room. Our room was a double, 212, with a window that opened. Walk in shower with shower gel. We didn’t eat here but noticed that they were quite busy with diners. I have never had to leave a negative review about a Premier before, and we have stayed at numerous ones all over the UK. Won’t be using the self check in again and certainly won’t be staying at this Premier again.

Recommend. No real complaints about Premier Inn. Decent price if booked in advance. Location ideal for airport ( short walk). Good deal with Flying Scot for parking car ( Flying Scot also recommended). Staff all very helpful, which was handy for solving a few minor issues as in, 1. Automated check in process needs fine tuning, not the best. 2. Room thermostat instructions not the best. 3. Not enough towels in room for couple. 4. No remote for t.v. All these were resolved by the staff. All in all recommend Premier Inn.

Extremely disappointed with a 45 min wait for our main course. Fish supper with a couple of slices of whie bread not a big ask. We could have excused it if the restaurant had been busy but as it was less than half full this was not an excuse. It appeared that they simply forgot about us.
