Maistra City Vibes Hotel International Reviews

This is a relatively new hotel, and it's sparkling clean. We had a modest-sized room, very clean and comfortable. The thermostat was not responsive, but we cracked open a window, and it was fine - we're cold sleepers. A bath tub was a nice plus. Our booking included breakfast, and we ate there two mornings. The buffet selection was extensive, probably the best breakfast buffet we've seen, except for one exceptional hotel in Dubai. And the staff, from the front desk to the dining area, could not have been more helpful. Two items that could improve the experience: The refrigerator was the smallest that we've ever seen, maybe a cubic foot, if that. A dorm-sized fridg would be a major improvement for those, like us, who need a refrigerator. The second improvement would be providing a small microwave. In the United States, even budget hotels will feature a microwave. Maybe this is a European thing, but we really missed having a microwave. All that aside, we would definitely stay here again. In this price range, it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever booked, here or in the States.

Convenient location, great hospitality, rapid check-in/out, clean facility. Will definitely come back if we have chance to come back to Zagreb.

Good price, sizable room

Located close to the train station, but not towards the centre. It's not too far though. 2 major problems here: - air conditioning didn't work. Luckily it wasn't too hot during my stay and you can open the window. - shower didn't work properly: the water was constantly switching from hot to cold all by itself, so taking a shower was quite a frustrating experience. Other than that I didn't have any issues. However, will not stay here again for the above mentioned reasons.

Late night driving past and we stopped over for a night to rest. Hotel is big and rooms are very spacious. Car parking available next door in a public car park which links directly to the hotel lobby. Service is good and hotel is comfortable.

The room was very clean, the bed was also replaced with a new one, and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The location is not very downtown, but it is still OK to walk to the city center. The only thing to note is that the parking fee is 15 euros a day, which is not expensive, but if you need to use the car repeatedly within a day, you need to tell the front desk in advance (because the front desk will tell you when you check in that the parking fee will be paid when you check out). However, they use a public parking lot. If you don't pay with the front desk in advance, you have to pay separately every time you enter and exit, and the hotel will not reimburse.

I felt like the people at Idoen were quite blunt and a bit unfriendly, perhaps because of how they were. The staff the next morning were the same.

The hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. The rooms are spacious, dinner is good, parking is a bit expensive, but overall it's OK

The hotel room is very spacious and the breakfast is very good. It is about 15 minutes walk from Jelacic Square.

It was a very comfortable hotel. There was a bathtub so I was able to relax. It was very close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the city!

On the last day, I requested a lunch box because I couldn't eat breakfast, but it wasn't prepared when I checked out! Many reviews say the breakfast is good, but it wasn't that good.
