I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The hotel is in a great location, at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There are shuttle buses to Baisha Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town every day. The hotel service is very good, with a dedicated butler, and the butler Xiaomi is very considerate. The restaurant is also very good, and I will choose it again next time I come to Lijiang.

The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. When you enter the courtyard, you are right in front of the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, where you can have afternoon tea. I was in a rush so I didn't take any photos. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the hotel owner was super nice. The newly renovated hotel is fully equipped with everything from air conditioning to hairdryers. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, and it's also very close to Lijiang Station. The location of the hotel is just 5 mins from the railway station which is great. The room is big and clean and the toilet is acceptable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The bed is comfortable and not too soft . However the common areas in the hotel is below satisfactory, especially the dining area. There were local eateries around serving local food.

We arrived at the store at around 10:30 in the morning, 2-3 hours earlier than the check-in time. The boss said that the room still needed time to be cleaned, and told us that we could go around and there would be free coffee and fruit. After the walk, we returned to the B&B and played billiards and chess seamlessly. In short, the waiting time passed quickly, and I didn't feel like I was waiting. For this reason, we upgraded the room, and the room was taken to our room as soon as it was ready. Facilities: electric curtains, smart toilets, humidifiers, heating, everything is complete, and there is a large bathtub. It's a pity that I didn't go up to the snow mountain because of the weather. However, the snow-capped mountains can also be seen on the third floor of the inn. Although the flowers and plants in the courtyard are not open in winter, it is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the afternoon.
