Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that. Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet. Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house. The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang. The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff. Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.

Nice budget option on the edge of the city centre. The location in a side street makes for a very quiet night. The room was spacious and very clean. The heated seat and heating in the bathroom were quite a highlight. The beds were supercomfy. And the traditional design especially of the courtyard is beautiful. What we think could be improved: our room in the ground floor was a bit dark. The windows could not be opened and on morning there were people shifting card boxes from on place to the other one just in front of our window, so privacy felt a bit limited. Despite the CCTV, an actual locked storage room would have been much appreciated on our check-out day so the bags would not have been standing in the open front desk room while the gates are open and noone is there to have an eye on the luggage. Overall though, we had a really nice time in Lijiang. The Jade Mountains with their Blue Moon Lakes are spectacular.

Let me start by saying that this is a wonderful hotel located 15 minutes walk from the old town. The interior is stylish, replicating the city itself. The rooms are spacious. The staff is absolutely amazing. always ready to help and answer at any moment. I felt surrounded by care and attention. I sincerely recommend it!

The room was pretty good. Since we didn't go to any tourist attractions and just wanted to take a break in Lijiang, we chose this place which was relatively far away from the tourist attractions. The price/performance ratio was quite high.

This is the best homestay I have stayed in during my trip to Yunnan. The environment is perfect. If the vacation was not about to end, I really wanted to stay here for a few more days. The boss is so enthusiastic and perfectly interprets the meaning of the four words "feel at home". Moreover, the decoration style of the entire homestay allows guests to fully experience the national culture of the Naxi people. The boss will also warmly invite us to drink tea and chat, experience the stove room, taste sugar-heart apples, introduce Lijiang culture, and introduce food shops that only locals know, so as to avoid guests from stepping on thunder. This trip is flying from Kunming to Dali to Lijiang. If I have the opportunity in the future, when I come to Yunnan again, I will choose to come to Lijiang directly because of the enthusiasm of Lijiang people.
