This hotel is good quality, near JR station, easy to get to the Yamashita Park and China town. There are many restaurants near this hotel. Room is cosy and clean.

It looks exactly as it's pictured and definitely a good stay. Nice size given it's location too.

Although the rooms are new, my room has hair curled on the shower head and in the refrigerator… the service was great tho and the staffs were friendly. Location is also fantastic!

Not far from the Kannei Line subway entrance, a reliable chain hotel, with convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs, great service and hygiene, and friendly and satisfactory service staff

The room is clean and new Facilities: Complete The surrounding environment is OK, there is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are supermarkets and Lawson not far away. It is close to Kannai Station. Go left from the north exit of the station and walk straight for more than 100 meters. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, the waiter can communicate in English, and the toiletries are available at the front desk. Facial cleansers, lotions, etc. are also provided, which is very good. It is convenient to go to Sakuragicho, Yokohama Station, Chinatown, or Kamakura.

When I checked in at night, I didn't know the way, so I called the hotel to ask, and they explained the way to the hotel, which was very helpful!

I have used the service a few times, and depending on availability they will even upgrade you, which is really thoughtful.

I don't know because the president of the company asked me to make a reservation, but I think he likes it because he always asks me to make reservations at the same place. I think the luxury and price are appropriate.

The cleaning of the bathroom is a bit off, but it's fine for a few days. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to have a trouser press! I was looking forward to having breakfast at Komeda, but it starts at 6:30 in the morning, so I don't recommend it for people who don't have much time. There are not many Komeda staff and it's not separated from the general public, so it takes a while to get your food. I think that even cheaper hotels with breakfast buffets have it set at 6 or 6:30, but if it's self-service, is that okay? I wonder if they should have dedicated guide staff and cooking staff assistants, even just in the morning. I heard people say that they didn't have time while waiting, and I felt a little impatient too. I was a little annoyed by the lack of time for the hot corn soup, which I would normally be happy to have. Because it was so viscous, it didn't get cold like coffee and I was able to enjoy it until the end, but it's not very kind to people who are here for work. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, so I would like to use it again.

I've stayed here a few times. It's a nice, clean hotel. It's a shame the front desk staff was a little unfriendly, but I'd like to stay here again.
