I like this place very much. There is a bakery next door. It is very convenient to go to Yokohama Station. It is very new and the room is quite big. The staff is very friendly. There is a convenience store just across the street downstairs. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport by taxi if there is no traffic jam. Last year, when I stayed in the lobby during New Year's Eve, they gave residents rice cakes and traditional Japanese New Year snacks. It was very thoughtful.
We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently.
The breakfast was very good. The staff were lovely. The room was spacious. My view was lovely. The location was chosen for practical purposes but I would not recommend it for general tourists as there was not much in the area to do. I like to just wander around in the evening and this is not the right choice for that. If you like quiet, it might be good for you.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.
Best hotel we’ve ever been to - the room, amenities, service and friendly employees were all top notch. Icing on the cake was a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from our 49th floor window. Well done Oakwood Suites Yokohama!!!
The hotel is located in the center of Yokohama. Just next to the train station, shopping mall, air cabin, and just 15 mins cross the river to the amusement park.
Hotel is very clean. The stuff service beyond my standard. They have Dyson air dryer which is soo wonderful and I didn’t expect that. I love it.
The room is quit small but it is normal for the hotel in this location.
Nice view with a fair price. I was trying to confirm the location of the parking lots with the staff but the front desk of this hotel is located above the ground floor. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Although it was a hotel for adults, the exterior and interior were not much different from a regular hotel. The interior was spacious and easy to use, just like an adult hotel.
Standard equipment, a bit small, the suitcase can not be fully spread out 🤣 but there is a bathtub, very clean, stay on Saturday night in April, 1 night 2,500 yuan less than breakfast, because check out at 6:00 on Sunday, so I can't comment on breakfast 😃 This is more special, I have to check out at 10:00
There are two Don Quixote nearby, it takes about 15 minutes to walk, it is recommended to open the 24-hour room, don't go to the 3 o'clock room

Because I went to Nagoya to take the Shinkansen the next day, I took the suitcase and then changed the train, and I lived near Shin-Yokohama. The room is clean and the bed is quite big. There are relatively few things for breakfast. It’s okay to have a full meal, but it’s impossible to get it if you eat well, and I found that the breakfast buffet in Japan does not have fruit.

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel. Although the room is large for Tokyo, there’s little room for clothing so you end up mostly living out of a suitcase. Also, toilet light came on automatically and was very bright - so using during the night was disturbing.
SSharondrnsMy son and I book this hotel because we went for a nearby concert at the K ARENA, it's only a good 10 mins walk from where we were, there are alot of 7 Eleven around , starbucks and the Queens 1 & 2 is a 30 mins walk to find more restaurants and Mark Is Mall. The hotel is lovely , we had a great place to rest before we could check in strictly at 3pm . Friendly service and we enjoyed the morning breakfast . The rooms are spacious and I love the toiletries. I would highly recommend this place with breakfast .
JJinjindoriThe best hotel I have ever stayed at!
Not because it’s as fancy as a 5-star hotel, but the service, location, cleanliness, and amenities (like the large bath, bath powder, tea, and water) far exceed the price you pay.
MMel.ZThe hotel is just right next to the Yokohama station but you might still need to remember the exit as its a huge station. Like most of the business hotel in Japan, it provides a variety of amenities so you can just stay with you passport and clothes. Great receptionist manner.
GGuest UserIt's a very old hotel. You have to carry your luggage down to the front desk on the next floor. Remember to take the underground passage when you come out of the station. It goes straight to the end. Turn left and take the elevator. You will see it on your left. When I first looked for it, I stupidly looked for it on the road. I walked around a lot and there were not many sidewalks on the road. Since Yokohama, the hotel only provides towels for one person.
MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.
UUncle J WayFirst time staying in a capsule sex hotel
Many people say they can't sleep well, so what?
But to be honest, I slept really well❤️
Compared to the bedrooms on the ship, there is no shaking here.
Compared to camping tents, there is air conditioning here
Compared to dormitory beds, this place is clean and comfortable
And I’m very used to the enveloping sense of space, so I don’t feel any pressure at all.
There is also a large bath downstairs where you can take a bath and have an oven where you can wash clothes and dry them.
It's close to the station and the price is NT$800 per night (including tax and sleep).
The only thing I find difficult to use is the locker, which is really small.
I only took a backpack with me this time, and it was a sailor-style duffel bag. I had to force myself to put it in... Then if the guest next to me wanted to take something, I had to take out all the items from the locker with great difficulty, like the exhibition The BOM table uses up the narrow aisle space, and then keeps saying ”すみません” to people passing by!すみません!すみません!
However, it is still a nice place to stay anyway!
I will give it a 3.8 stars ⭐️ by C/P rating
YYuHotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.

Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot
Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person)
Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor ,
I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol
DDyonnSpace was sufficient and comfortable but the water drainage from the bathtub cause caused the toilet floor to flood due to spoiled piping i guess? And made the whole toilet small like sewage.
