This hotel is super expensive that my wallet broke. Not only is it expensive, it is a super small and cramped room, I can’t even open up my SMALL suitcase on the floor because it’s so cramped💀😡😭. Now let’s talk about the beds. The beds are so SMALL that my ( little) brother fell of the bed when he was sleeping. I can’t even charge my phone because there’s no right wall outlet. oh don’t get me started on the WIFI. THERES LITERALLY NOO WIFI. If I’m paying so much to stay in this hotel they should HAVE WIFII 😡. Then there’s the dangerous step up into bathroom. That step up is SO high that I stubbed my toes and tripped and did the splits😭. Oh you think the bathroom will make up for the cramped space ? Well guess what, the bathroom is WORSE. The bathroom was also so cramped that my mom could not poop and I could not change my clothes. Also the bathtub is so tall that I had to jump just to get in to shower. Then there’s the cafeteria for breakfast. You think that the breakfast will make it up? but NOOO. The plates still had food stains on them and they look unclean which gave me the ick. Overall negative 100 out of 10, will never recommend. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Very strategic location but it was a bit small. For the price, it was as good as you can get, i had an extra small bed for my son, and it was rare to find a 3 bed hotel room.

The hotel has a great location. They have also have Manga library which is great. The rooms are very tiny and the hotel is not new. But it's still a great option for a 1 night.

Hotel is cheap and good. Provides refillable water and has a coffee dispenser as welcome drink!

It is pretty good as a 2 star hotel. Room is small but have everything. The only funny thing is they did not have teaspoon in the room.

The service staff is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is super good! The hotel is very close to the city center and can basically reach all the attractions on foot. Good sanitary conditions, very clean!

The room is very clean. It is an old Japanese hotel. The price is very cheap because it was booked 1 and a half months in advance! ! ! The only disadvantage is that it is small. Those who have traveled to Japan know that it is so small that you can hardly spread out the suitcase. You can only lay it half flat and half sideways. The front desk does not speak English well, so communication is a bit tiring. It is better to have someone who knows some Japanese. The other thing is that there is no view outside the window. All the disadvantages are written. The rest are advantages. The price-performance ratio is amazing because the location is very convenient. It is 3 minutes away from Sakuradacho subway station. There are 2 convenience stores and 1 drugstore nearby. There is a large shopping supermarket 10 minutes away where you can buy all kinds of sushi, seafood and meat.

It's really cheap, but the room is really small, which is only suitable for lone wolf special forces. It's located between Bashamichi and Kannai, a little further away from Sakuragicho. The bathroom floor is obviously aging, so you can only lay a floor towel. The uncle in the lobby is quite aloof.

I sent an inquiry email, but there was no reply for a whole day, so I am writing a review here. I told the hotel that I would not write reviews when I stayed there, but they did not keep their promise to provide sincere service, so I am expressing my frustration here. First of all, I booked a double room, but it was completely different from the image on the website. The website showed two chairs and a mini table, but the room I stayed in did not have them. The first photo is the actual room, and the second photo is the official website. I wanted to take photos of my favorite goods at the hotel, but the pillars were sticking out, making it difficult. It felt quite oppressive, so I would recommend staying in a low-cost single or semi-double room rather than a double room. The second point is the toilet malfunction. It had been leaking from the gap between the toilet bowl and the floor since the first day, and it was only a little, so I cleaned it. On the second day, there was a constant sound of running water, and the tank was full, so I couldn't flush it. I was reluctant to have them deal with me because there were only male staff members. They said it was fixed, but when I used it a while later, it was in a state where it couldn't be flushed. The second time, I was quite hesitant because they handled it while I was still using the toilet. I waited about 10 minutes each time. I wish they had been more considerate, such as having the same staff member for the first and second times. At this point, there was no offer to move rooms. On the third day, the toilet started leaking again when I used the toilet through the gap between the bowl and the floor. I was tired of having toilet problems every day. I don't think they would have offered to move rooms if I hadn't said so. They said they only had twin rooms available, and I declined because it was unnecessary unless it was a decent double room. It was three days without being able to use the toilet properly, but of course there was no discount. I called the room and asked them to make up for the time I couldn't use the toilet with peace of mind by asking for a discount, but they ended up deciding that I should use the toilet in the room next door. It's a three-night, four-day stay, so moving rooms on the last day is difficult. Moreover, it wasn't the room I wanted, and it was 11pm. In this case, I think you should forgive me for not moving from the beginning, but making the toilet next door available. I responded sincerely. You can write about it on the website. I will take it seriously. I was also told, which made me irritated. "We responded sincerely" is the wrong way to use it. It's strange for the staff to tell customers that they responded sincerely. The toilet was still broken, so it's just something the customer can say. I told them twice that I wouldn't do it, but they said it several times. I didn't say anything that would be considered rude, and it was just rude. I felt like I was being told that I was the kind of person who would write about it on the website. The staff had a good attitude, and if there hadn't been a toilet malfunction, it would have been tolerable. If the room area was nice, my impression might have been different. The room was a misleading photo, and the toilet was unsafe to use. That was the hotel it was. It was a commemorative trip, so we should have stayed in a nice hotel without skimping. The price is not that different from nearby business hotels, so I would recommend Route Inn or Toyoko Inn. If you're traveling alone, it's not worth getting a double room as you can see in the photo.
