Check in service was great. Room is tired and small. Could only open one pc of luggage on the floor. Pillows we're flat. Had to request for additional. Location was great for the price. Within 10 mins walk to the waterfront and redbrick warehouse.

The location is very good, near the train station and attractions. Also, there are few convenience store near by. Moreover, I requested to extend the check out time and the staff is so sweet that put the do not disturb board on my door. However, the room smells a bit. Overall, my experience is good.

Just paid and done

The hotel is old but clean, and the location is very convenient. It is just opposite the museum and only a few minutes away from Exit 5 of the station. There is also a horse-drawn carriage at the door.

The location is great! The hotel service is great! Yokohama is so beautiful! I love this seaside city... The hotel is very close to the attractions! The hotel lobby provides everything you need! Very attentive! Even pajamas! There is a hot spring at such a good price! Super super super awesome...

Parking🈶 (No reservation required. Actually, it seems they serve parking on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a car, it's best to go early. Cars over 2m are not allowed.) There was a large public bath on the top 11th floor. There was also a shampoo bar in the women's bath only (YORU, KNOL, Jurem, Ichikami, and I think there were about 2 other types...). Breakfast was also free, so we used it. There was rice and bread, and it was great👍🏻I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here while attending a concert at K Arena. I was tired, so the large communal bath was great! I also appreciated being able to choose my own shampoo. However, it was a shame that the changing room was so small. The air conditioning in the room was on heating, so it was hot. The breakfast was delicious.

It's very close to the station and convenient. In recent years, many concert venues have been built in Yokohama, and whenever a live performance is held at each venue, many hotels become fully booked or prices rise, so I was glad to stay here because I could rest assured about the price and service. The fact that it has a large public bath is a plus, and the abundant amenities for women were very useful. They also provided the Yomiuri Shimbun and drip coffee for free, and there were little touches of service everywhere, so I was glad I used it.

The front desk service is good. The room is medium-sized and has a wardrobe. I stayed in a smoking room. There is a first-class air freshener in the room. It is only 1 minute away from the subway station. There is a pharmacy downstairs for shopping. There are many food markets nearby, which is very convenient.

I used this hotel to go to the Yokohama Stadium to watch baseball. I was very happy that there was a large public bath and I could try about six types of shampoo and conditioner, including Herbal Essence. It was also close to the station! Although the room was small, I felt that the facilities were well thought out, with a shelf for luggage and chairs that could be turned into desks.
