Atour Hotels in Yiwu

The rooms were well-appointed, and the service was exceptionally attentive. The late-night congee was truly outstanding; it was incredibly comforting and just what I needed after a late night. It was super convenient to grab authentic Turkish cuisine during my stay. The Ruizan Turkish restaurant right downstairs was a fantastic option, making it quick and easy.

The bed linen in the room is changed for each guest, and it is very clean. I feel very comfortable staying here. The staff are very friendly and will help solve any problems. The breakfast time is very long. You can eat breakfast and go to the market if you get up late. It is very convenient.

Facilities: The facilities are all very good, and the quality is good. I chose Atour for my day in Yiwu because I trust them, and I felt that Atour's hygiene was the most reassuring. Hygiene: No problem. Environment: There's a commercial street nearby, making it very convenient for eating, staying, and transportation. However, the only downside is that there was renovation work on the floor. I wanted to get a good night's sleep and find a quiet room, but I was woken up by the noise around 8 am. This really annoyed me! I hadn't slept well the day before because I was rushing to catch a flight, and I specifically took a taxi 7 kilometers to find this newly opened Atour hoping for a good night's sleep, but I still didn't sleep well. That's why I haven't left a review for so many days; I'm quite angry about it. Service: Very good, everything was very good, except the renovation affected my sleep! Reminder: I couldn't get used to the Middle Eastern food; it wasn't good at all. Don't go there!

The new Atour Hotel is very upscale!!! It's comparable to boutique hotels. The receptionist, ”Shatang,” was very polite and helpful in resolving any issues. However, today there was a police checkpoint inspection. Guests cooperated without any problems, and the officer was very nice. But the other Atour staff members accompanying the checkpoint (presumably supervisors) weren't very polite. As a ********* woman, I didn't feel very comfortable because I had two ID cards, and he very aggressively questioned me about which one I was using. I gave both to the officer, and his questioning early in the morning left me quite confused. Everything else was fine. This Atour hotel deserves high praise! 👍
