The staff were warm and professional, offering thoughtful guidance throughout our entire stay. Luggage handling was prompt, and they were incredibly responsive to our needs. The attention to detail in their service was impeccable, making it a truly deserving five-star experience!

I haven't stayed in a hotel with such good service for a long time. As soon as we got out of the airport, we were greeted by the hotel shuttle staff. If the road was not congested, we could get to the hotel from the airport in just ten minutes. The hotel front desk lady is beautiful and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious, with a wide variety and very exotic. Next time I come to Yili, I will continue to choose this one! This stay is really far beyond expectations! I originally booked an ordinary big bed room. After I arrived at the store, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade from Xiaodi at the front desk. The superior big bed room is more spacious, the room is fully equipped, the bathroom is dry and wet, and there is a free laundry room. More intimately, I also received a complimentary breakfast coupon, and the breakfast is also rich. Very good value for money, I will choose here next time.
