This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean!

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

This was the best and most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang. The facilities were all brand new, and the service was excellent, especially the friendly staff in the laundry room. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, but the only drawback was that the shower wasn't hot enough, but large enough. I really enjoyed the library on the first floor. It wasn't just random, random books; many of them were bestsellers I'd read in the past two years, with a wide selection of categories. The book selection was very discerning. Downstairs, there's a Blue Mountain hand-pulled pork restaurant, a 10-minute walk away, and a mutton pilaf restaurant. It's also only a few minutes by taxi to Liuxing Street. We stayed there for four days. After two days, my room card inexplicably stopped working. I had to fiddle with it late at night and ask the front desk to reactivate it. I hope they'll pay attention to these details.

The environment was nice, and the hotel thoughtfully provided ample bottled water for guests to use, which was very convenient for long-distance travelers who needed plenty of water. Unfortunately, the bathroom was poorly maintained.

The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes! The quilt and sheets all reeked of cigarettes! I was so tired after arriving! I didn't bother to change rooms! But I barely slept the entire night! It was so unbearable!

This was a very pleasant hotel for this trip. It was very clean. The front desk was also very friendly. They even helped cut up the watermelon I bought and sent it to my room. The breakfast was also very good.

Pros: Comfortable mattresses and pillows (this is the only hotel where my boss can get a good night's sleep). Breakfast is extensive (young people love it). Warm front desk service (the staff brings a cup of tea upon check-in). Plenty of books to read in the lobby (my boss actually spent two hours reading a novel there). The treadmill in the gym is high-quality and doesn't shake when running. Water and towels are provided. (Other four-star hotels in China have poor-quality treadmills, making them unsuitable for running, and lack water and towels.) The room is well-soundproofed (the doors are soundproofed, effectively blocking out hallway noise). No other four-star hotel has such meticulous soundproofing on the doors and windows. The bathroom showerhead has a gentle mist spray and quick water delivery. Facial cleanser can be borrowed from the front desk (my boss borrowed one). The TV in the room displays the number of washers and dryers currently in use, preventing wasted trips. The public bathrooms have pit toilets and toilet paper. Other Xinjiang hotels all have squat toilets. Cons: The TV in the hotel room frequently froze when playing TV programs (the internet speed was too slow), making it impossible to watch. When getting on the elevator, if there was a robot in the elevator, it would often overwrite the floor number, preventing guests from reaching their own floor. The elevator was very dark, making it difficult to read the floor signs. The entire hotel was filled with Japanese characters (for example, the guest rooms were called "宿归" (stay-home) and the gym was called "寒出" (sweat-out). This was a bit awkward. The price was over 100 RMB higher than other four-star hotels. Breakfast was expensive, at ¥48 per person, compared to ¥28 per person at other four-star hotels in Xinjiang. The gym had a foul odor, and the sewer drain was not sealed (hopefully this was just an isolated incident). The room was poorly cleaned, and there was even a long strand of hair left on the floor by the cleaner.
