AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you

I stayed here while playing golf. The cleaning was sloppy as there was hair in the bathroom, and there was a lot of crying and talking in the hallway. The shower was clean after it was renovated, but it was small and the shower head was compact. Large foreigners would have trouble using it. I don't understand why it's so highly rated just because it's close to Narita Airport.
