I stayed in Yili for seven days, and stayed in Nanati once in the middle. I stayed in this Atour hotel all the time. I had a good experience in Atour Baoshan in Shanghai before, which was a bit like a villa. This time I had a deep experience of Atour. The late night porridge on the first day was very considerate. Maybe I travel less, so this kind of free late service was the first time. It is equipped with a simple gym and a laundry room. If you don’t have time to wait, you can put a small note with your room number on the washing machine, with wash and dry options. It will be hung on the door after you wake up. It is very friendly for self-driving people. The hotel also provides free airport pick-up service, which is great value. Superior twin room for the first two days, Jimu twin room for the next three days, it’s great. It seems that I have to use the Atour applet to book a room in the future, otherwise the membership upgrade will be slow🤦

The room is clean and the hygiene details are great. The beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic and thoughtfully recommend delicious restaurants, which are really delicious! The best thing is that there are dedicated people in the laundry room to help wash and dry clothes. You don’t need to worry about delivering the clothes when you return to the hotel in the middle of the night. It’s so friendly to tourists like us who are on the road! We stayed in the same hotel for three days in Yining. After staying for one day, my daughter strongly requested to choose this hotel again, so every time she went to a scenic spot and came back to Yining, she came back here to rest.

Some time ago, I came to Yining City for work and stayed at the Atour Hotel on Jiefang West Road, Shanghai City. This trip became particularly warm because of the thoughtful service of Manager Moose. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was extremely tired, with a pile of documents and luggage in my hands, and I almost dropped the documents all over the floor in the rush. Manager Moose was very quick to help me take some of the heavy items, guided me to the front desk to check in, and even handed me a cup of hot tea, which made me relax instantly. When checking in, I found that I couldn’t find my ID card, and I was immediately panicked. You know, without my ID card, my subsequent work and travel would be greatly affected. Manager Moose saw my anxiety and gently comforted me not to worry, while he helped me find a solution in an orderly manner. He first patiently asked me where I might have lost my ID, then contacted the hotel cleaning and security to help look for it. He also told me the ways to apply for a temporary ID locally if I really couldn't find it. With his comfort, my panicked heart gradually calmed down.
With the help of Manager Moose, I checked in smoothly. That night, when I was preparing to organize materials for a meeting the next day, I found that my computer suddenly froze and I couldn't open it. It was full of important work documents and report PPTs, and I was sweating profusely.
