滿滿的都是感動，我們訂好房間後，酒店前台給我們打來電話，問大約幾點入住。那天的銀川特別炎熱，但我們入住酒店後，發現房間內清新涼爽，原來是酒店客服人員提前把空調打開了預先製冷迎接我們，並且在桌子上發現了本地產的夏進牌牛奶和歡迎果盤，房間內特別乾淨，我愛人是一個特別挑剔房間衞生的人，連她都止不住的讚歎不已，床鋪、衞生間、地毯都是潔白細膩無暇，由於我們預訂的房間是不含早餐的，酒店前台人員告訴我們直接下樓來用餐就行，不需要額外花費，真的是太驚喜了！晚上出去回來的時候恰巧遇到了酒店的孔慧芳經理，他跟我們説：如果你們中午想在酒店吃飯，也可以來吃自助餐，而且也是免費，我問孔經理為何對我們免費，孔經理説因為你們是酒店的老客户，既然你們這麼支持我們酒店的生意，那我們酒店也要對客户有更好的回報，這一刻，我被深深感動了，這是否就是寧夏人骨子裡最淳樸的一面呢，沒有更多的華麗言語，只有默默地付出和行動，這次寧夏之旅，銀川人民給我留下了深刻難忘的印象，我今後若再來寧夏，還會入住這家酒店的。
