Very nice hotel about 20 mins drive from Luodong night market. Rooms are big, comfortable. The hotspring in the room takes some getting used to, but is great for relaxation. Breakfast is excellent. Will love to come back and stay again.

Walking distance to the train station, room is spacious and clean. Nice swimming pool on the R floor with nice views.

We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge.

Good service provided. Nice hot spring, breakfast until noon time, many choices too, really suit for late awake travellers! Highly recommend to visit Robert y dinasour museum as recent raining expectedly.

It’s a revisit of Lakeshore Hotel Suao in a short time. Definitely we love this premise.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

Hotel rooms are spacious, private spring bath in the room is definitely a plus point. Location is secluded but eatery and convenience store available in walking distance.

Breakfast selection was good and hotel provided a glass of free wine for each customer. The hot and cold spring in room were good too. Will revisit soon.

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

Everything is nice. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and efficient in assisting us to check in. The only downside is the hotspring inside the room. The hot pool design is a bit difficult for the elderly to get in.

Quaint town with lots of scenic spot around it.

Excellent hotel, nice view but location is in the city with nothing interesting around.

This hotel is great, friendly and informative staff, clean and tidy.
