The lounge should open till 12 am. Everything is good.

The Bellustar is a beautiful, new, sparkling hotel with big floor to ceiling windows and lovely decor. The atmosphere is serene and there are few rooms, so we had a quiet and pleasant stay. The room size and layout was comfortable. We used the concierge once and found she was very professional and assisted us perfectly. There is only one disadvantage: Even though there is a choice of the main course for breakfast, the side dishes and bread are exactly the same every day, which was a bit monotonous. However, if you order breakfast the evening before to be sent to your room, there is the option to have a Japanese breakfast. The building has its own airport limousine stop, and also a complimentary and serviced coffee/juice bar area on the ground floor which is handy when coming or going from the hotel.

Hotel opened less than a year ago. Everything is new and the design is very modern. Location is in the middle of Shinjuku so it was close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and the connection between the lobby (on the 18th floor) to the concierge in the ground floor was always in sync. Breakfast at the main hotel had a great view for a nice clear day but selection is limited. They have a second buffet in their neighbour hotel (17th floor) that has more selection. I would not really recommend this hotel for younger kids due to its design but overall great hotel.

The room is large and high-end. The breakfast is suitable for posing and the taste is average.

The room is in a great location with a view of Tokyo. The coffee machine in the room is great, it can make coffee oil and foam. It is next to the famous Godzilla Hotel, but much higher than it. There are no disadvantages except that it is expensive.

The view from the room was very good. The night view was much better than the night view from Tokyo Tower. The hotel also arranged a room where we could see Mount Fuji during the day. The service was very thoughtful. The staff at the door took the initiative to help with the luggage and sent it upstairs. Since we had a lot of luggage, the staff also took the initiative to help push the luggage and sent us to the taxi when we checked out. I saw a cafe downstairs and casually said that I wanted to drink coffee. The staff immediately helped me go back to the hotel and got me a free cup of coffee to take away. I was very touched. If I stay in Shinjuku again when I come to Tokyo next time, I will definitely stay in this hotel again

Very clean. Excellent service, great scenery

This is the biggest and best hotel I've ever stayed in in Tokyo, Japan~ The bathtub is facing the TV, you can watch movies on Netflix~ After taking a bath, you can pull out the TV and adjust the angle to watch it on the bed~~ There is a big dining table in the middle of the TV for eating and drinking~ Great~~ I like it!

The center of Shinjuku is convenient and lively, with great privacy.
