The hotel is very close to Hongcun and Pingshan, and not far from the town. You can go out to eat local dishes at night. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is good and not perfunctory. There are no shopping malls in the whole Yi County.

There are many shops around the hotel and shopping is convenient, but it is quiet at night. Very good value for money, very satisfied.

In addition, this hotel is strategically located, self-driving transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding food, tourism and other facilities are also very complete. It takes about 800 meters to walk to the ancient city of Jixian County for ten minutes, and it takes about ten minutes to drive to Nanping Ancient Village or Hongcun. The one thing that was off putting and probably a one off is it seemed that there was a large family staying in the Homestay and in the middle of the night there was screaming and doors slamming on and off throughout the night. I’m not sure if this is a regular thing or just happened to be a one night thing but it was a bit frightening. Other than that the location was very quiet when we got there and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.
