She drove a battery car to pick us up, saving our feet that couldn't lift up after climbing Huangshan, and also helped us carry our luggage. The breakfast area is not big, but there are freshly made wontons and noodles. It's delicious. The only regret is that the fortune cat was sleeping soundly and I didn't get to pet it.

Choosing to stay at Zhang Mansion was the best decision for this trip to Huangshan. The old house with carved beams and painted rafters is full of historical charm and has a very advantageous geographical location. Xiao Hei and the six kittens in the store are adorable and charming, especially Xiao Hei, who is so adorable that you don’t want to leave! The food in the restaurant is also very delicious. The stinky mandarin fish made by the chef is the best stinky mandarin fish we have ever eaten! ! ! The local chicken soup and braised spareribs are so delicious that you can’t forget them. The seasonal fresh bamboo shoots and acanthopanax bark are also unique! All in all it is really worth coming! ! ! Five-star praise! !

The inn has very good and clean sanitary facilities, the room has a smart toilet, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, the location is superior, it only takes 1 minute to enter the South Gate, it is super convenient to enter and exit the scenic area, and the South Lake is not far away. There is also a courtyard outside the room, in the form of a quadrangle. What impressed me most was that the pillows and slippers of the inn were comparable to those of star-rated hotels and were very comfortable!!!

The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

I suddenly wanted to go to Hongcun for a tour. I booked a hotel on Ctrip the night before I went there. I chose this hotel because the room area was the largest among the available options and it had floor-to-ceiling windows. After checking in, I found that it was completely beyond my imagination. The most unexpected thing was the butler Wang of the homestay. After receiving our order, he contacted me to help us contact a car from Chengkan to the hotel. Because I was prone to motion sickness and the whole journey was on a mountain road, butler Wang also thoughtfully helped us choose a more stable oil truck driver. The most unforgettable and fascinating thing for me was that my beloved gourd bracelet was lost when I put down my luggage and just went out to play. I couldn't find it after searching for more than half an hour. After hearing about it, Butler Wang calmed me down first. He not only helped me go out to look for it, but also took us to the shop selling gourd handicrafts in Hongcun to see if there was the same one. After knowing that I didn't like it, he helped me contact the vehicle in Chengkan, and brought me another one exactly the same from Chengkan. This attentiveness and warmth made the soul feel at home. Butler Wang provided us with thoughtful and comprehensive services throughout the whole process, and we received meticulous care. We have agreed to come again next time, not only for the moving scenery, but also to meet Butler Wang who is as hot as fire. The taste of the hotel's restaurant made the two of us praise it endlessly, and it was endless aftertaste. It provides tourists with more satisfaction in terms of dishes, taste and price than the hotels outside Hongcun.

Located inside the ancient village, within walking distance to POI, owner is friendly and attractive, even free upgrade our room to a newly build room and more convenient for in out access, he also offer pickup fron the entrance, btw is pickup ur luggage ya. 1 of thd must visit place if you plan to hike HuangShan i.e Yellow Mountain. Room come with all amenities Bed is comfortable!

Fantastic hotel with the very best location right on the central pond in the centre of all the activity, but perfectly quiet inside, full of period details, with the option to sit on a bench just outside the hotel and people watch, with good noodles and a good restaurant and good bar, all within 1 min walk (good = price and taste). Wonderful.

Health is very standardized, the environment is also good. Two hours after checking in, we were out. The hotel called to inform me that I needed to change the room, saying that it needed repairs, and suggested that if I didn't come back in time, the hotel would send someone to move the things out. When we came back the facility was in good condition and didn't need repairs. The facilities in the changed room were not as good as the original room. The chairs and hangers were missing, and the washstand had stains that could not be wiped off. It feels old. In addition, the breakfast is simple and does not match the price.
