Great location. Right in the heart of Hongchun village. Once you step out of hotel you get a great view of the half moon lake in the middle of the village. Its a Traditional house well renovated. Service is excellent. Only drawback no breakfast is available.

The hotel is located within the scenic area near the popular tourist spot. The staff have been very helpful and can assist with luggage handling. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is a valuable experience to stay in an ancient house. Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel with my adult son and we truly appreciated everything about it. The location of this hotel is hard to beat: it is right in the middle of a beautiful historical site and gives you an opportunity to enjoy this amazing place during the daytime and night time when the crowds are gone. It is a boutique hotel with very cozy and very clean rooms where everything is in place to make your stay perfect. We especially appreciated the service at this hotel: they did everything to make it a memorable stay for us.  Even when we were leaving, they gave us bottles of water and a souvenir and helped us with bringing the luggage through the whole village to the point where we are picked up by a car. The hotel owners go out of their way to provide a great service to their guests. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers including the ones from the West: even though in China there are very few people who speak English, they always find a way to break the language barrier and effectively communicate with English speaking guests. We had no issues with communication and we truly appreciated the engagement and the kindness of our hosts. Thank you so much! I’m looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!

Antique house refurbished into hotel, elegantly decorated and moon lake is right outside hotel entrance, superb place to stay ! Woke up at 6am in the morning for a peaceful walk before other tourists swarm in hehe

Very beautiful B&B, the interior is exquisite and the location is right next to the famous pond in the middle of the village. Friendly staff who helped us move our luggage through the weekend crowds so we could get to our Didi pickup point

Great place right next to the moon lake. Boutique hotel with character, extremely clean and comfortable. Value for money. And very friendly hosts who can advice you on places to go nearby as well. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance to the hotel is a cute, beautiful courtyard, everything is close by. Communication was easy via WeChat, they came to pick us up and carried out heavy luggage all the way to the parking lot, and helped us do laundry in the hotel. The only comments are that the room got some noise from the street, which was very busy at all times, and it wasn’t very well ventilated. They replaced our towels and toiletries but they didn’t make the bed or clean up the room. In any case this is a great choice for spending a couple of nights right in the middle of Hongcun!

Fantastic hotel with the very best location right on the central pond in the centre of all the activity, but perfectly quiet inside, full of period details, with the option to sit on a bench just outside the hotel and people watch, with good noodles and a good restaurant and good bar, all within 1 min walk (good = price and taste). Wonderful.

This is a very nice hotel in a very good location. The single room was kept in the original local style with very old wood carvings but had all modern amenities.

Room and facility are cute and combined between historic and modernity. Hotel is right at the half mooon lake. Room view is quite chill. Host are super nice.

Huge challenge to locate this guesthouse! Yet I must acknowledge the location of this guesthouse is right in the heart of this ancient town! Very centralised location for sightseeing trips around this ancient town.
