No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

Overall not bad, but very cramped room, I think 20 m is more. It is especially difficult in the bathroom, given that all the doors open inward. There are no staff in the pool, the temperature in the sauna is 55-60 degrees, which was disappointing. In general, considering the price on this site, I am satisfied, but the hotel is certainly overrated. We didn't take breakfast, but we came in to have a look. It seems like everything is there, but the choice is modest. We had breakfast nearby in establishments. If the price is right, we will come back because of the location

Good location, clean and very comfortable hotel.

We liked the hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, but there was a significant drawback: we were accommodated on the 2nd floor above the restaurant and we listened to the entire repertoire of this establishment. Therefore, when checking in, take this into account; we had room 204.

Чудесный гостиничный опыт в самом сердце Еревана. Отличное расположение, стильные и чистые номера, вежливый персонал, достойный завтрак и удобства (бассейн, сауна, фитнес). Незначительные замечания касаются момента завтрака и пространств, но они не портят общее впечатление. Рекомендую отель тем, кто хочет оставаться в центре активности, наслаждаться прогулками и культурной жизнью Еревана!

Шикарное местоположение, НО!!!!!!!! Никакого сервиса. В лобби дикий холод из-за не закрывающихся нормально дверей. На первом этаже в мужском туалете кран замотан изолентой и течет на пол. В номере шумит вентиляция. При заезде в обоих мусорных ведрах лежал мусор от предыдущих хозяев. Халаты драные. Спа - одно название, чтобы получить полотенца нужно было самим порыться на складе, всего два лежака. Очень неудобно вызывать такси и разгружаться/загружаться - на соседних улицах запрещена остановка, к входу не подъехать.

Хорошое место в самом центре, сделали поздний чекаут.

Все отлично прошло от заселения до отъезда 👍рядом вся инфраструктура есть.

The whole time I was having breakfast, the waiters were staring at me and were very rude, they didn't even say good morning, and my room was very noisy and they refused to change it when I asked. I don't think it's worth spending money on.It was my worst experience in Armenia

Hospitable staffs Breakfast choices are limited Gym is equipped with good facilities Pool is not very big Towels have distinctive odour Apartments have no bar No bidet available Rooms are clean and the view is interesting

We went on a tour and at night i went to have a shower, the surprise came strong, this is because i didnt find any hot water. I spoke to the reception, they said there is a technical problem and they are working on it. Promising that it will be back in 2 hours. I went again on a stroll around the city. And came with a stronger surprise of no hot water.
