The location couldn't be better. Right in the center. Sights within walking distance. The room is spacious. Everything you need is there. Feedback is instant. All our wishes were taken into account.

I really liked the location of the hotel, we arrived late, check-in was convenient, communication via WhatsApp, all the amenities were present! Very close to all the beautiful places, the very center of the city! On the last day we contacted the owner and he offered to leave things in their office until the evening, which was very convenient, because we flew out late and checked out at 12, special thanks for that!

Second time at the hotel. Booked a cheaper hotel, but when landing I got a voice message that they couldn't accept me. Without thinking, I booked here, and in 5 minutes I got passwords and contact details on WhatsApp. Very fast. Clean, snow-white sheets, fluffy towels! Washing machine, 1 capsule available, dishes, dishwashing liquid, shampoos, dosed shower gel, kettle with tea bags, complimentary bottled water, wine opener, iron, refrigerator, ironing board, etc. The building is in the center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I recommend it. And I pass by the concierge smiling and saying hello. He has nothing to do with the machines. If the price allows, only to them!

Good apartments in the heart of Yerevan We spent a wonderful week of vacation in Yerevan in these apartments. Check-in is convenient, contactless, constant communication with the hotel staff, all requests and wishes are fulfilled quickly. The room has everything you need: a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, dishes for cooking. Linen and towels are of good quality. But the biggest plus is the excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city, a 3-minute walk from the Republic Square, many cafes nearby, a supermarket on the 1st floor of the building, open until 1 am, there is also a currency exchange office. We were very pleased with the choice of apartments.

I didn't have time to stay and was not allowed to cancel. It's terrible. The location of the hotel is good.
