Great service even though I arrived pretty late - they were very helpful with parking guidance since the main lots were full. Hotel is earthquake resistant as well 😅

Its nice hotel

The location was pretty good, you can find lot of places to eat food near by.

Although I wrongly booked a Smoking room, front desk staff is willing to change a non-smoking room, she followed me to go back the room to collect luggage and leaded me to the new room. Later, she personally delivered pillows and slippery to my room, excellent service

It's a simple hotel that seems to cater to business people mostly. There's a parking lot, which is very convenient. For the first time in all the time I've lived in Japan, I asked for residence card, which I thought was odd.

The room was clean and the location was good. The value for money was also good.

It was a shame that there was hair in the unit bath. The amenities were plentiful.

This hotel does not have water and is a bit far from convenience stores, so drinks are essential. Also, the walls are thin, which was a bit of a problem. I could hear sneezing and toilet noises in the hallway, so this is not suitable for people with sensitive skin. However, there were many types of shampoo at the front desk, and I was very satisfied with the containers that I could use.

I use this hotel when I'm on a business trip. The front desk staff are polite and always greet me, so it's a nice feeling.

The hotel has free parking and there are many restaurants around. The breakfast at the hotel is an all-you-can-eat buffet at the restaurant next door. When checking in, the hotel also gave the children juice and children's slippers. The room is small~

It's a normal business hotel, but that's what makes it good. The price is also cheap and it's easy to stay. I use it often. If you become a member, you can extend your check-out time until 11:00 for free. The hot spring is small, but it feels good. I will use it again. Thank you.

Although we only had a room service, there were places to eat within walking distance and I went for drinks with my husband at an izakaya for the first time in a while.

Accessibility was good as there was a bus stop in front of the hotel by taking the airport bus from Kumamoto Airport, and it was located in the center of Yatsushiro city, so you could walk along the Kuma River, the sanctuary including the city hall, Shohenken, and the museum. It was in a convenient location, including check-in, room key, breakfast voucher, and check-out. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The bathroom on the first floor was also clean and well-equipped.

The breakfast buffet was delicious.
