It's completely different from the Four Seasons Hotel I stayed at. The price is too different from the actual price. I think the price during the peak tourist season is normal. After all, it is a chain hotel. I was shocked when I moved in. Isn't this fast!

The bathroom has no ventilation, the sewer smells bad, there are few sockets and mobile phones have to be charged in turns, and the quilt and bed are too damp.

The room is very small, the bed is broken, and there are scratches and bruises everywhere where my feet touched it. It's over 700 per night, really not worth it

I have to complain about the Ji Penglai Zhonglou East Road store. First of all, the traffic in front of the hotel is a mess. The location in front of the store is not big, and no one cares if the cars are parked in front of the door. Later I learned that the second floor of this weird hotel is an outsourced restaurant, and the cars are for the diners. The private rooms for dinner are basically full at night, and they share the hotel elevator. At around 8 o'clock, all the drunkards who came down from the elevator were drunk, and there was a smell of alcohol in the elevator. It's been hot and humid in Penglai these days, and there's no air conditioning in the corridors. In the morning, the cleaning lady in the elevator hallway probably used a rotten mop to mop the floor, and the smell made you want to vomit right after breakfast. The room was even more bizarre, there were only two power sockets, and they were facing the bed, which was extremely dangerous if the children turned over when sleeping at night. The equipment is also very old, and there is no smart home at all. It is really the worst Seasons I have ever lived in, no doubt about it!

I have stayed at all Seasons hotels when I go out in recent years. This is the worst Seasons hotel I have stayed at so far. The corridor on the 5th floor stinks and the bathroom doesn't even have a big shower. I am so disappointed.

This is definitely a holiday season. The rooms are small, the facilities are extremely old, the breakfast has few varieties, and the housekeeping has more smiles than the front desk. They told me that the house was renovated in 2019 and people hadn't lived in it for three years due to the epidemic. I think it's been in use for at least eight years. There's no one to manage the parking space at the door, and there's a big pothole on the ramp of the parking space in the basement. I almost sprained my ankle. Apart from the All Seasons products used in toiletries, there is no trace of All Seasons. If it wasn't for the advantage of being close to the scenic spot, it would have closed long ago.

Bad review, went for a chain hotel but ended up destroying its own brand. The front desk service was terrible, no one smiled, only answered one out of five questions, the public toilet on the second floor was dirty, the room was old, and there were many stains on the tatami.

問幾點退房告訴我説12點，我説我攜程會員定的顯示2點退房，前台説沒有這個政策給我延遲到1點，我因為有工作沒處理完打電話又問了一次能不能到2點，一直在跟我確認為什麼我這裡是2點，預訂訊息你們看不到嗎，就跟我騙人一樣啊，自己看圖是不是2點！

服務很好 衹是酒店有些小的裝修陳舊了一點點

第三間房，多次入住了，體驗感很不錯，乾淨衞生安靜，下雨天特別舒服，離着海邊也不遠，就是早餐廳有點小，總體滿意，下次還來

房間乾淨整潔，洗衣間寬敞，洗衣機足夠使用，樓下就有7-11，買零食也方便
