Location very good. Easy access to hotel by taxi. Breakfast was delicious and the portion was big. And also the hotpot restaurant next door was so delicious and price was reasonable.

We only stayed at this hotel briefly as our train back to Kunming was scheduled early in the morning at 10am, but the experience was truly pleasant. The service was excellent — the staff picked us up and even sent us to the railway station the next day, helping with our bags every step of the way. Upon arrival, they gave us a helpful briefing on what to do and what to avoid due to the higher altitude, which was thoughtful and informative. They also kindly recommended places to visit at night and shared several halal restaurant options when we asked — very helpful for Muslim travelers. Our room was located near the ancient road, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We also noticed that this hotel seems to be quite popular with Malaysian guests, which made it feel even more familiar and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and appreciate the warm hospitality, even if it was just for a short time.

Highly recommended this place for a cozy and comfy atmosphere. 5-minute walk to Ancient Town. Friendly owner and staffs. Breakfast was good! Free snacks and fruits as well as tea. Lady boss was helpful to hail DiDi for us because we didn’t have China telephone number. Thank you, owner, for dropping us off at train station. Awesome stay!

A very strategic location, short walking distance to gucheng. Many restaurants options nearby hotel. The amenities are well organised, the best part is the bathroom equipped with heater, very comfy and warm when showering.

It’s a very nice place to stay, 10 out of 10 for real ! The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, is very kind of them to help with the luggages. The room is comfy and clean, breakfast is also included. There’s a big supermarket opposite of the dorm, is convenient to grab groceries.The local restaurant recommended by the owner was so worth and delicious, recommended tourist spots are also very magnificent. Whole heartedly recommend it ⭐️

The hotel is clean and the customer services is very good. The location is away from the night market but walking distance 10min can reach the 顺城shopping centre. Overall is good, their 过桥米线must try it, super delicious.

This hotel has a fantastic location—just a short walk to the old town, with lots of great local shops and restaurants right outside the door. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We shared some lovely moments with them that made the trip even more memorable. The whole place has a relaxed, cozy vibe—like staying at a good friend’s home. It really added a special touch to our stay.

Super friendly host which made us feeling really welcome. The location is very convenient as everything in the old town is walkable. Only downside are the honking cars on the street but that’s nothing the accommodation can do against an during the night it’s quiet.

We are a family of five from Singapore, we stayed at this Air B&B in Dec 2024. Extremely happy with the accommodation, the hosts are very friendly and entertaining . They sang every night to keep us entertained The rooms are clean and spacious. Location is convenient, just 15 minutes walk to Ancient Town and close to many shops. Very happy with our stay. .

What a fabulous stay!!! Highly recommend. Pros: 1. Location near the main street. So your car can park directly on the street and you don't need to walk the cobble path inside dukezong. It is also a 5 min walk to the entrance of dukezong. 2. Friendly staff! Offered pickups and tea, had a daily campfire with songs to chill. Offered recommendations on where to play and eat. 3. Overall, very clean and well decorated.
