A really nice fantastic hotel, location is much closer to CBD than those hotels of the same type... Staffs Service & Supporting Facility were all very good, deserved the fame and price :) 4th Floor Restaurant provided tasty delicious food, and the reserve procedure is also perfect! 100% recommend!

The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. Originally, we were going to pay for breakfast for the children separately (58 yuan for adult breakfast, 29 yuan for children under 12 years old at half price). When we registered the bill with the room number at the entrance of the restaurant, a children's breakfast was given on the spot. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, the taste is okay, but there are a few less varieties. The key thing that makes people uncomfortable is that the plush doll given to the children was forgotten in the room due to cleaning problems after checking out. I called and said that because we forgot it ourselves, we can only arrange for the express delivery to be paid. The responsibility is clearly divided. If you didn't clean the room, can I also ask you to pay the check-out fee?

You can get a number online in advance at the hotel and wait for a table, but it is recommended to arrive 2 hours in advance during holidays. The hotel environment and hardware are also OK, and it is generally comfortable, but the air conditioning does not cool. You have to open the window in this weather, otherwise it will be too hot. The hardware meets its level, but the software is not good at all, especially the butler service, which is not much different from chain hotels. On the first day, they said there would be free welcome drinks, but you have to actively communicate through the platform before they are delivered, and the preparations are not thoughtful. With a child, there is only a small millet porridge, and the fruit is also very simple, which does not feel good. The refrigerator was not powered on on the first day, not to mention the toiletries, which are not very good. I hope there will be improvements.
