The major advantage of this hotel is the location. You can walk through a walkway to the mall (South Coast Plaza). Very convenient. The facility is standard Westin without much surprises.

We really liked our stay at the Westin. It’s very clean & the rooms are as well. The beds were comfortable and so were the linens and pillows. The restaurant/bar area is great with the outdoor waterfall & food was really delicious. We will stay there again!

We originally planned to stay for three days, but later added an extra day. There seemed to be a parade in Los Angeles these days, and there were many police cars parked in front of the hotel, so we felt very safe.

Let me start with the hotel's advantages: Great location! Just opposite the South Coast Shopping Center, it's super convenient for eating and shopping, and it's perfect for jet lag in the US. Disadvantages: The hotel randomly charged my bank card, sometimes for deposit, sometimes for self-parking fee (as a tourist I didn't drive), I checked out today but saw another $135 deduction from my bank card tonight. Fortunately, I was careful to check the details with the front desk before checking out and kept the balance. Dear friends, please remember to go to the front desk to get the bill when checking out, don't express check out.

The environment is poor, the hygiene is also average, the windows are dirty, the city view room is not worth it, the elevator has problems every day
