The room was clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. The free afternoon tea provided on the rooftop was also a nice touch and the views were great from there. There is also a laundry area that is free to use. An interesting note is that there are some rooms facing the pool and elevator, and you can see into them as you ride the elevator. It was very kind of them to give us a little gift as we left and we would definitely come back and stay again.

The bamboo leaf hotel was an amazing experience for my family. It was very fun and full of amenities. The pool was freezing cold but it was very very refreshing. I absolutely love this place. The service was great and the hotel made very good western food by our western standards. Also the shuttle was helpful and drove well. The hotel also let us rent some bikes and it was very fun to ride them around. They even let us rent scooters very conveniently.The family room had two showers, which was nice. The staff was very helpful booked us tickets to Ruyi peak. The family room had two separate rooms and one of them had a bunkbed with a full size bed on the bottom. We would stay here again.

Appreciate the upgrade by night duty manageress to their newly renovated room, which is spacious, which came with a huge super king-size bed. The photo-taking sessions that were offered free exceeded our expectations. The shots taken were highly professional, tempting us to purchase beyond the free pictures that were allocated to us. My wife was extremely happy with the photos and commented that the pictures taken were remarkable. Thanks again for their great efforts to make our stay memorable. Forgot to mention that breakfast, although it came with limited selection, offered surprisingly good local soup GUILIN NOODLE that surpasses many restaurant standards. An added bonus was the free shuttle service to the dock where the rafting took place and West Street, among other destinations within the vicinity. A gift upon our checkout was another surprise that delighted my wife and kids. On top of all these, the hotel is situated near many attractions.

We had the most amazing stay here at this hotel. The hospitality shown by the hotel staff Xiao Yao and Lele the receptionist was 5 stars. Anything and everything we needed help with was fully addressed and taken care of. Xiao Yao made us feel like this was a home away from home and Lele helped us order food from nearby restuarants when we could not get there in time. The amenities of this place alone were amazing. The swimming pool, the glass mirror photoshoot area as well as the rooftop trampoline were very fun to use, especially during sunset. This hotel is located right by the river and is in the most scenic part of Yangshuo and a short walk away from the famous 20 Yuan bank note area. It is a short distance from Xingping town and a very fun electric bike ride away. You can rent the bikes right across the street from the hotel. Bamboo rafting and Laozhai Hill is moments away for spectacular sunset views from the peak of a mountain. Cant wait to return and stay in the Baizhou panoramic room again for the amazing bathtub as it was very relaxing to soak in after a long day out. The hospitality alone makes this stay 5 stars but the amenities and close proximity to the best mountain views make it even better.

Superb service and beautiful room with great amenities. The room had a great view and was spacious and comfortable. We opted for a bbq night with tea and local snack workshop, and everything was great. The staff are polite and very helpful, and they do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

The place is epic! The scenery is beyond beautiful it’s like a beautiful oil painting. The staff are professional and helpful they speak English well to help you and make sure you’re comfortable. Don’t miss the Spa for sure, you get a discount voucher with your booking so it will get deducted from your spa bill prices starts from 700 RMB, very professional and relaxing. There are so many activities to keep you busy. There is a complimentary photography and that was amazing my photographer was really talented and fast he understood what I want even tho we don’t speak the same language. The rooms are spacious clean and convenient. The mini bar is filled with options and they complement you with deserts and fruit all day long. The ladies who help in the restaurant. And Ethan the bar tender was very joyful too. 10/10 I enjoy on my stay the Tai Chi class the instructor speaks English well. I’m definitely coming back again!

I would recommend this hotel to any foreigners who are not too good at speaking Chinese. Most of the staff speak English very fluently. They taught us tourist information such as where to visit with one and half-year-old baby. The view of the Yulong River rafting from our room balcony was spectacular. The location was good. Easy to access Yulong river rafting spot. The hotel restaurant has Chinese food and Western food, which we enjoy a lot. My husband said their sweet sour pork was one of the best. He sometimes had two sweet sour pork a day. They put mosquito cents on at night so we didn't get any mosquito bites. We would like to visit again if we have a chance.

Hotel was great. Special shoutout to Sam who patiently spent each morning sharing with us scenic spots and food recommendations for each day! The housekeeping lady even went above and beyond to wipe some dirt off our luggage and left us extra water. Sam also left us a small departure gift which was very thoughtful. Location was very convenient — walking distance from West Street but without the noise and crowds. Cars are not allowed on the street from 12-4 daily, but this didn't cause us any trouble at all.

What a dreamy hotel! Every time we drove by another hotel in Yangshuo, I thought, ”Wow, their view is not as good as ours.” The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but I appreciated being away in the quiet. The area around West St can be quite noisy. The hotel rooms were so spacious and beautiful, and we loved being able to sip tea on the balcony and gaze upon the majestic karst mountains. The front desk staff is very friendly, and on our arrival, one person in particular was SO helpful (likely patiently spent maybe an hour helping us) with this payment issue we were having (with a Chinese bank card), when she could have easily just been like, ”It's not working, just give me your American card” or something. They do have a laundry service, but it is 30 yuan per kg, which can add up (especially since I felt all my clothes were heavier because they got damp from the humidity), but there are also washers on the roof, which you can use for free (and then hand dry in your room). While we were in Yangshuo, there was constant torrential downpour, so there were a few afternoons, we just hung out in the hotel lobby/bar/restaurant area, which was so peaceful and quiet, with lovely views. The food and cocktails are just okay, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I would also recommend using any of their drivers, especially to pick up / drop off at train stations, or for a day-long tour. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. On the one night we used a Didi driver, they refused to drive up the hill to the hotel (though the hotel drivers are happy to), and we had to trek up the very slippery and steep hill ourselves.

The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious but it got noisy at night due to its proximity to the West Street. We had a good time enjoying the complimentary tea service at its roof top terrace in late afternoon.
