Great stay as always Convenient opp to the mall One of my go to stay when i travel for business

This is one of the most luxurious hotel 🏨 in Yangon. It is right across from a shopping centre.

Booked for company colleagues for their business trip. As per their comment, hotel is at a good location, easy to reach the destinations.

Toilet room water stucked. Engineering Dept came to resolved, BUT only temporary solve. Perhap hotel mmangement need to service all toilet water outlet seem bldg getting " old "

During my stay at Sedona Hotel, I encountered several issues that made my experience frustrating. First, the hotel booking policy was rigid, as the booking date could not be changed. This lack of flexibility was inconvenient. Before checking in, I called the hotel to inquire about an adapter rental service, only to find out that they did not offer one. I spoke with the duty manager, Zin Mg Mg Htike (although his name might be different, as the receptionist refused to disclose his manager’s name the next day when I asked). The duty manager promised to call me back but never did. When I checked in, he claimed that he had called me three times, yet I never received a single missed call. At check-in, the receptionist was unprofessional in their communication, and the duty manager displayed the same lack of professionalism. Additionally, they assigned me a room where the lights were not working. When I attempted to start a virtual meeting, I had to call housekeeping to fix the issue. On top of that, the floor appeared worn out and poorly maintained and the basin in the bathroom was not functioning properly, as the water was blocked in the sink. Despite these disappointments, the Food & Beverage department provided good service, which was the only positive aspect of my stay. Never Never Never Recommend for staying this so called 5 stars hotel.

Had good time with friends! There is a lake near the hotel and a big shopping mall as well. I strongly recommend the place to stay!

Cozy room. Comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities Accommodating and helpful reception staff. Value for money. Would stay again if in the neighborhood.

Worst check in experience ever had in a 5 star hotel. During check in, manager in the lobby desk, no eye contact, no greeting, not even a smile. She just take my passport and pass to her staff, didn't even tell me to walk that counter. Cannot believe this will happen in sedona hotel. Highly suggest training and review the lobby manager who on duty during my check in. However the other lobby staff are helpful at all. The lobby manager must change her working attitude and be like a professional in a five star hotel.

We have stayed here many times and always received good service. However, this time we didn't get the lake view room we booked. There was no coffee in the room, when I asked for coffee they said they don't have. Apart from these minor issues,we had a good stay.

Second stay at Sedona Hotel Yangon within a month. Breakfast at D’Cusine has shown improvement with more varieties. Service level was excellent as usual during the stay. Easy to move around from the hotel to most areas and to airport. Near to Golden Valley (not walking distance) where you could find a must try restaurant Rangoon Tea House.

The room is clean and the view from my room is nice . Will stay again 👍🏻
