When you check in to Wanda Realm Hotel Yan'an, you can feel the hospitality of the hotel staff as soon as you enter the lobby. The front desk service butler Vicky added WeChat in advance and informed us of the location of the hotel, which is in the High-tech Zone of Yan'an. We are a family of three and booked a room with a kang bed in a characteristic cave courtyard. The layout in the room is very distinctive. It is a three-meter kang bed with a small courtyard. I communicated with the lady in advance to add an extra quilt to the room and prepare children's toiletries. If you have any questions, you can contact the butler to help you solve them as soon as possible. In the evening, we went to Erdao Street Night Market and ate a street of food. It is also very close to the hotel, very convenient, and the stay experience is superb. It is worth recommending

Zaoyuan Hotel has a strong sense of time in the appearance of a large hotel, the lobby is magnificent, the facilities are perfect, there are restaurants, swimming pools, specialty shopping shops, etc., parking is convenient, 5 minutes drive from the Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, 20 minutes drive from Pagoda Mountain, and there is a bus stop at the door. The balcony door can be opened, the room is well ventilated, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious, combining Chinese and Western. When encountering a meeting, there are many people entering the meal, and it will be filled soon. Whether it is the front desk, the concierge (carrying luggage), the floor, the restaurant, the service staff are kind and at home. Manager Feng in the lobby was warm and thoughtful and provided good suggestions for our itinerary. The room found that we had forgotten our mobile phone and contacted us in time. Thank you Fairy for helping to mail it. This time I brought the 90-year-old elderly to Yan'an. I was very satisfied with the Zaoyuan Hotel and would recommend it to friends in the future.

The experience is great! ! From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I was deeply attracted by its unique decoration style. The handmade artwork hanging on the wall and the exquisite small vases placed on the table make the whole space full of the artistic atmosphere of life. The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?

The park is covered with green plants. There are outdoor swimming pools for children and adults. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the water. There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so loving and warm, making the fatigue of our trip disappear.
The room we stayed in was a suite. It was clean and quiet, and the surrounding environment was elegant. At this price, it was very cost-effective. The hotel tried its best to help with any needs we had, which made my father and mother full of praise for them. There were programs in the evening and they were interactive with the audience. 酒店在金延安，是距離延安市區的寶塔山景區大約10公里. 酒店的免費地下車庫車位足夠多，有車庫專用電梯到大堂的隔壁，還是挺方便的。酒店的建築格局與設施，比我想象的好很多，客房裡麪的設計是窯洞式的感覺，我們倆都挺喜歡的。金延安在延安市當地來説，就是個吃喝玩樂加拍照的網紅打卡地，停好車後就可以逛吃逛吃一整天，不過個人還是比較喜歡太陽西斜至華燈初上的時候去，慢慢亮燈的感覺很好，感覺整個區域都變漂亮了。關於酒店，有兩點意見，希望能夠做出改進。第一就是衞生間淋浴房區域沒有毛巾架，浴巾是放在衞生間坐便器上方，與淋浴區中間還隔着兩個洗臉盆的位置，使用不是很方便。第二點要吐槽的就是早餐，我們入住的時候服務生沒有介紹，第二天早上打電話問了才知道，原來早餐要去別的地方也就是老闆開的另外一家民宿的地下去用餐，服務生態度很好，到路邊轉彎處來接我們，謝謝！早餐的食物品種很少，僅有的幾張桌子坐滿了客人，想問問服務生我們可以坐哪兒的時候，發現整個餐廳沒有服務員，衹有一個在廚房裡的中年男人，我們説的普通話他聽不懂，還是邊上在用餐的客人幫我們翻譯的，他哼哧哼哧了半天也沒有回答我們的問題。我們衹好在隔着大玻璃貌似會議室的大桌子邊上坐下，隨便吃了點就離開了，離開的時候看到廚房的這個人在裏面抽煙玩手機，很不理解現在都什麼年代了，公共區域還能抽煙，特別是廚房。我們立即決定第二天酒店提供的免費早餐不吃了，去外面找了一家餛飩店吃第二天的早餐。

The hotel is newly built, the hardware is very good, smart toilet, automatic curtains, the area is quite large, and two Luochuan Big Apples were given as a gift at around 6 o'clock in the evening. 春節在這裏感受陝北年味。唯獨就是導航到這裏以後還是需要當地文旅或者民宿的人指導我們怎麼停車，怎麼從停車場坐電梯上去到民宿。其實高德地圖導航的位置，大家再往前開10米左右，左手邊有一個地下停車場入口，進了停車場以後抬頭看各個民宿的指導路標，根據箭頭找到該民宿需要乘坐的電梯位置，在附近停車即可。其實很方便，只是導航把大家搞的暈頭轉向。
從西安到延安，真實感受就像從後媽家到親媽家，吃了熱乎飯，睡了熱乎覺，洗了熱水澡。這個民宿在金延安景區裏面，整體金延安文旅做的太好了。比在西安感受好不知道多少，只是感慨延安本應該發展很好的，看完窯洞和毛爺爺故居真的感慨萬千。延安是個好地方，大山地理位置限制了它的發展。

YYiduopiaomiaodemengxiangUnexpectedly, there is such a characteristic farmhouse deep in the mountains. The small yard is full of seasonal vegetables, which are used for three meals a day for the guests staying in the hotel. The cave-style rooms are full of regional characteristics. The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic. We caught up with the heavy rain that had not been seen for a long time and the road was not easy to walk. We were more than 2 hours later than expected, but the boss still cooked a delicious dinner for us personally. The taste was very good and the ingredients were fresh. The boss introduced himself and said that he had been a chef in Beijing. What's more unexpected is that a few hundred meters away from the farmhouse is the Niuweizhai Observation Deck - the classic big bend of the Yellow River, which is also a free scenic spot. When I wanted to spread butter, the waiter gave me a stirring stick, and you won’t believe it, it’s quite useful for spreading jam! On the first day, I wanted to have a bowl of noodles for breakfast. Outsiders didn't know what vegetarian sauerkraut noodles were, nor did they know what white noodles, green noodles, and mixed noodles were. After waiting for a long time, the short, round-headed chefs came out from the kitchen. They were all impatient. Either they didn't say anything, or they said: Vegetarian sauerkraut noodles are just minced meat noodles, which kind of noodles do you want? MMW MB, Canadian retireesThe hotel was in a great part of town and the service was great. The breakfast was quite good. The only downside was the dryer for the laundry room was broken. It seems that many hotels buy the most inexpensive machines to be able to add laundry room to their amenities list. We are into our sixth week of travel in China and we depend on laundry rooms as an essential item not a luxury add on.

You can see the lights and music of Qingliang Mountain in the viewing room at night; downstairs, cross the road and look to the right to see Pagoda Mountain. It's about 10 minutes' walk to Pagoda Mountain. I personally feel it's more convenient than driving. The hotel provides breakfast, afternoon tea and supper coupons. The breakfast is good, small but rich. I didn't eat supper but it can probably be eaten as dinner. Afternoon tea is tea and small biscuits. There are fewer seats but the glass is cleaner and you can see the scenery. The house is intelligent. The desktop control screen can open and close the curtains and TV.
