Family-friendly Hotels in Yan＇an

We were upgraded to a kang room in a cave courtyard. The kang was three meters long and very comfortable to sleep in. The quilts were all down. The front desk girls Xiao Zhong, Xiao Li and the young man with glasses Xiao Zhang provided good service. The room attendant Xiao Ma was also very considerate. The breakfast was delicious, the service was good, the mutton offal noodles were very good, the restaurant environment was very Yan'an-style, and the ”Return to Yan'an” on the opposite Red Street was very touching. The ticket price was a little expensive but worth it. There is no shuttle bus to walk around the lake now, and I am exhausted! The ferry has also stopped, and there is not much water in the lake.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with Western-style pastries and grains with the characteristics of northern Shaanxi. Yan'an Hotel hardware is very good, the corridor is wide, the room is large, the twin beds are 1.5 meters, with the children is to go to this big bed, breakfast is OK. But the management of the hotel is too bad. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are all piece by piece. The maps seem to have not been cleaned. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the room did not change the sheets. The sheets under the quilt touched a small particle on the bed. I don't know what. There was no toilet paper washed away in the bathroom. The night shift waiter service was very good. I cleaned the sheets overnight and changed the sheets. The next day I went to the front desk to reflect that the front desk didn't seem to be concerned. The five diamonds showed felt like the guest house in the past.

It takes a short uphill road. Maybe the location is slightly off, but it is very convenient for self-driving travel.

Jin Yan'an has lived in several homestays, and Yushe is really the favorite. Especially when a family goes out, they will definitely choose Yushe without hesitation. Quiet in the middle of noisy, the room is clean, the public area is also very warm, everyone sitting in the small courtyard chatting and drinking tea do not be too comfortable, every time Manager Wu's warm service makes the family very comfortable and warm, the hotel breakfast variety is not many but it is very exquisite, the basic variety is complete, the service staff are very warm.

The overall feeling is good The room space is OK for the discounted price. The appearance is not as good as the aerial view in the picture hahaha I think as a state guesthouse, it lacks a garden and walking environment. The venue is large but it is basically a square and a parking lot. The gym is another one open to the public in the basement. I think it is still difficult to find and a bit inconvenient. Before checking out, I met the waiter who came to clean at 12 o'clock. I don't know if it was not communicated well or what. According to reason, it should be cleaned after checking out. If the original price and five-star standard, I feel there is room for improvement

I thought the hotel would be noisy by the roadside, but it was not at all, very quiet and slept well. Disadvantages: It is a bit far from the central city, and it is not very good to play during the National Day.
