Family Friendly Hotels in Yan'an

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

It was already night when we arrived at the hotel. When we checked in, they prepared hot tea for us, helped us carry our luggage, and sent us to the room. It was really great👍👍👍Give the children a few small gifts, and the children like it very much! ! Milk, red dates and plenty of water are also prepared in the room. The local red dates in Yan'an are very delicious! It's really thoughtful! The hotel is just under the Pagoda Mountain. You can see the pagoda in the room. The night view and lights are very beautiful! ! In addition, the breakfast is great! There are many varieties and the taste is very good. There are several small snacks that taste especially good!

The room is spacious and bright, there is a parking lot in the yard, the service is very thoughtful, when you leave, there is a glasses brother in the lobby, and a young lady is very enthusiastic to help deliver the luggage outside the door. The hotel is located between the Zaoyuan site and Yangjialing site. Going left is the Zaoyuan site, walking for 30 minutes, and walking right is the Yangjialing site, 30 minutes. There were many people during the 51st period, and the meal at the hotel at noon, the service and taste were in place.

Although it is a homestay, the sanitation and room facilities are good. The hardware bathroom uses Gao Yi, the same as my own home. The water temperature control is very stable and will not be hot and cold. Travel fatigue, a comfortable hot bath can be cured. Living here can also visit Jinyan'an Scenic Area. Since the homestay is opened in the scenic area, people who go to bed early may not be used to it. There will be music, footsteps, pedestrian voices, etc., but there is basically no sound after 21:30, and sleep can still be guaranteed.

The service at the front desk of the hotel is very intimate, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, the problem is solved in time, and I feel warm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the environment is very good, and the lighting is good! The sanitary conditions are very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding sheets are very clean, the room is not only clean as a whole, but also meticulous in the details, such as the inconspicuous corners, shelves, etc. are very clean, no dust, will come next time, it is recommended

You can soak in hot springs and play basketball. The swimming pool is also a large pool with a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 meters and a depth of 25 meters. The temperature is very good. The environment is beautiful, the room is large, and the toiletries smell great and are easy to use. The breakfast provided was nice! Very good value for money! It would be perfect if there was a laundry room!

There are many room types to choose from. There is a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop off. The service is very good. If you need anything, it will be delivered in time. Especially when it cools down at night, they will enthusiastically bring warm red date tea to the room. There will also be a bonfire party in the evening. , interacting enthusiastically with the children using waist drums, and enjoying the beautiful starry sky. It was really a good experience.

The park is covered with green plants. There are outdoor swimming pools for children and adults. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the water. There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with Western-style pastries and grains with the characteristics of northern Shaanxi. When checking out, the front desk staff also gave a souvenir, a grain gift bag from northern Shaanxi. In short, I am satisfied! Satisfied! I will recommend other friends to come.

The breakfast is so rich that I have to give it five stars.
