After a trip around the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, we arrived in Xining and stayed here for two nights. Parking was convenient, and the hotel lobby felt like a trendy coffee shop – a really nice atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was super fast. Both the soft and hard facilities of the hotel were excellent; our room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive, and there's a large shopping mall right across the street. The location is superb! Highly recommend!

Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The rooms come standard with humidifiers, perfect for the dry高原 climate. There's 24-hour laundry (washer and dryer in one). Breakfast includes yak yogurt and ga mian pian (local noodles). It's super convenient for visiting Ta'er Monastery and Qinghai Lake. Located on a main thoroughfare in Chengdong District, parking is free and ample. Upon check-in, they offer hot ginger tea to help with altitude sickness. The bedding is soft and the soundproofing is excellent. It's a top choice for a rest stop on a road trip.

There are 3 important factors to consider this time. The first is that the rooms have air conditioning. Because Xining has no air conditioning in summer, the noon time is still very hot and stuffy. The second is that it must be convenient to park. The parking lot of this hotel is very large. The third is to have a charging pile. There is a very large charging yard in the hotel yard. It is very convenient to charge. The air conditioning in the hotel room is very cool and the hygiene is in place.

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

They patiently explained about the oxygen supply and breakfast arrangements, responded promptly to requests, and were gentle and considerate. The front desk was also efficient with check-in and check-out, proactively informing us about hotel amenities. Their professional service made my business trip very hassle-free.

The room was great, the price was reasonable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, and it was close to Huixin Market. The only downside was that although there was free parking, the parking lot didn't belong to the hotel, so you had to ask the hotel for a parking ticket to leave. Also, you only had one free parking exit opportunity.
